Main objective of the project:To find a solution between 01.05.2017 and 30.11.2018, in cooperation with a foreign partner, to support social entrepreneurship (social and solidarity economy development programme) in order to facilitate access to employment and implement this solution for the duration of the project in Słupsk (which is a national member of the network set up for the implementation of this project).Results:Implementation of the Social and Solidarity Development Programme in Słupsk.The establishment of a Cooperation Plan between the Members of the Network for the period 2016-2020.The offer of support to citizens/medics in terms of joint and several economy.The target groups:Members of the network, i.e.:The town of Słupsk, the Centre for Citizens’ Initiatives and Smillemundo.The foreign partner has the option to be implemented by the City of Słupsk in Poland.The technical development of the process for the preparation and implementation of an adapted solution will be carried out by the applicant.The project will work with a supranational partner based on the following types of transnational actions:1. transfer of new solutions, adaptation and implementation in the country;2. exchange of information and experience in Poland and Spain on measures aimed at promoting social entrepreneurship.Tasks:1.Exchange of experience through regular contact with a foreign partner, education of national partners, finding new solutions for the foreign partner.2.The functioning of the Council of Experts for the identification and selection of solutions to be adapted in the country, the drawing up of instructions and recommendations.3.The establishment of a Cooperation Plan between the Institutions in the Network and the adoption of an agreement in the form of an agreement for the period 2016-2020.4.Education covering future implementation of the Programme of Social and Solidarity Economic and Social Development in the form of training, meetings, development of manuals (English) | |||

Cel główny projektu: Wypracowanie w okresie od 01.05.2017 do 30.11.2018r., we współpracy z partnerem zagranicznym, rozwiązania służącego wsparciu przedsiębiorczości społecznej (programu rozwoju ekonomii społecznej i solidarnej) w celu ułatwienia dostępu do zatrudnienia oraz wdrożenie tego rozwiązania w okresie trwania projektu w mieście Słupsk (będącego krajowym członkiem sieci powołanej dla potrzeb realizacji niniejszego projektu). Rezultaty: Wdrożenie Programu Rozwoju Ekonomii Społecznej i Solidarnej w m. Słupsku. Stworzenie Planu Współpracy pomiędzy członkami sieci na lata 2016-2020. Oferta wsparcia dla obywateli/lek w zakresie ekonomii solidarnej. Grupy docelowe: Członkowie sieci, czyli: Miasto Słupsk, Centrum Inicjatyw Obywatelskich i Smilemundo. Partner zagraniczny dysponuje rozwiązaniem, które w Polsce będzie wdrażane przez Miasto Słupsk. Opracowaniem merytorycznym procesu przygotowania i wdrożenia adaptowanego rozwiązania zajmie się wnioskodawca. W ramach projektu zaplanowano współpracę z partnerem ponadnarodowym w oparciu o następujące rodzaje działań współpracy ponadnarodowej: 1. transfer nowych rozwiązań, zaadaptowanie oraz ich wdrożenie w kraju; 2. wymianę informacji i doświadczeń funkcjonujących w Polsce i w Hiszpanii w zakresie rozwiązań nakierowanych na wspieranie przedsiębiorczości społecznej. Zadania: 1. Wymiana doświadczeń poprzez stały kontakt z partnerem zagranicznym, edukacja partnerów krajowych, poznawanie nowych rozwiązań stosowanych u partnera zagranicznego. 2. Funkcjonowanie Rady Ekspertów odp. za identyfikację i dobór rozwiązań, które będą adaptowane w kraju, wypracowanie instrukcji i rekomendacji. 3. Wypracowanie Planu Współpracy pomiędzy instytucjami w Sieci i przyjęcie w formie porozumienia na lata 2016-2020. 4. Edukacja obejmująca przyszłych realizatorów Programu Rozwoju Ekonomii Społecznej i Solidarnej w formie szkoleń, spotkań, stworzenie podręczn (Polish)
