The general objective of the project is to increase the practical competencies expected by the labour market at 159 ST (127K, 32M) of the RIF to the degree of steady-state and non-steady-state mode of application of the traineeship programmes offered by the WSB to 31.10.2017.The main results are:159 ST FIR on which competences have been increased by practical elements during the 3-month traineeship period of 57240 hours of trainees.The target group of the project is 159 ST of the FIR (127K, 32M, ST not in employment and employment, age > 21, upper secondary education) of fixed and stationary modes, who in the academic year 2016/2017 will be in the last two semesters of study I.The target group will also be the WSB, a non-public 2-departmental university, over 12000 students [ST], at least 100 ST for stationary studies.The main tasks are to increase the practical competences of the financial and accounting students expected by employers through the organisation of high-quality, effective 1 59 national traineeships, lasting at least 3 months, i.e. 360 hours, which will make it easier for ST to enter the labour market. Celem ogólnym projektu jest wzrost praktycznych kompetencji oczekiwanych przez rynek pracy u 159 ST (127K, 32M) kierunku FIR I stopnia trybu stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego POPRZEZ udział w PROGRAMIE EFEKTYWNYCH STAŻY oferowanym przez WSB do 31.10.2017. Główne rezultaty to: 159 ST FIR, u których wzrosły kompetencje poprzez elementy praktyczne podczas 3-miesięcznych staży 57240 godz. pracy stażystów. Grupa docelowa projektu to 159 ST kierunku FIR (127K, 32M, ST niepracujący i pracujący, wiek>21, wykształcenie min. ponadgimnazjalne) trybu stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego, którzy w roku akademickim 2016/2017 będą na dwóch ostatnich semestrach studiów I stopnia. Grupą docelową jako podmiot będzie również WSB, uczelnia niepubliczna 2-wydziałowa, powyżej 12000 studentów [ST], min. 100 ST na studiach stacjonarnych. Główne zadania to podniesie praktycznych kompetencji u studentów Finansów i Rachunkowości oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, poprzez organizację wysokiej jakości efektywnych 1 59 staży krajowych, trwających min. 3 miesiące, czyli 360 godzin, które ułatwią ST wejście na rynek pracy.
