The main aim of the project festival FILM OF PLACY OF THE PRACY is to increase the competence of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.90 % of project participants — Stud.II and III of the year’s year, as part of an increase in the skills of people in education at a higher level, corresponding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society, through a number of traineeships during the period from 19.02.2018 to 31.12.2019, in the form of film films, as the most important institutions for animation and animation.The project will take part in the project, which will take part in the screenings of the films: — s.4 for Netia Off Camp (May 2018/) — WoKA collaborates with the organiser of the festival, in the form of the 4/5//s.5 on FFW Gdynia (wSH.2018) and AAFFestival (Gdansk, October).2018) — WoFiKAcooperates with festivals, — in Norway, Italy and Iceland, the WOVKA is collaborating with the organisers of festivals in these countries, — w4/6.(on the basis of a second recruitment also taking into account the employer’s wish), the student will be enrolled in a traineeship at the Prio Off Camp’s festival (May 2019/).Film festivals are the ideal place to improve and check the matter.After an annual cycle of traineeships, to Netia Off Camp 2019, these will be the ones who will be most interested in carrying out work on a fetal basis and will get a positive opinion from carers of traineeships and employers and students in the second year in order to be able to also work with older and more experienced colleagues.The participation in NOC 2019 will help to consolidate the level of competences acquired earlier in the third year. it will also be an opportunity to increase the level of employability.The others, through the participation in the internship programme, will enrich themselves with the skills they need to work in other professions in the animation and filming professions. Głównym celem projektu FESTIWAL FILMOWY JAKO MIEJSCE PRACY jest podniesienie kompetencji zawod. 90% uczestników Projektu - stud. II i III roku stud. lic. kierunku WoFiKA w ramach podnoszenia kompet. osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, poprzez szereg staży odbywanych w okresie od 19.02.2018 do 31.12.2019 na fest. filmowych, jako najważniejszych instytucjach animacji i upowsz. kult. film. W projekcie weźmie udział 50 os., które będąuczestniczyćw stażach nafest. filmowych:- w sem. 4 na Netia Off Camera (kw./maj 2018) - WoFiKA współpracuje z organizatorem festiwalu- na przeł. sem.4i 5oraz w sem. 5na FFw Gdyni (wrz. 2018) oraz AAFFestival (Gdańsk, paźd. 2018) - WoFiKAwspółpracuje z organizatorami festiwali,- w Norwegii, Włoszech i Islandii-katedra WoFiKA współpracuje z organizatorami festiwali w tych krajach,- w4/6 sem. (na podstawie powtórnej rekrutacji uwzględniającej także życzenie pracodawcy) studenciwezmąudział w stażu na festiwaluNetia Off Camera (kw./maj 2019).Tak liczne uczestnictwo w stażach (50 os.) w stos. do ilości stud. jest pochodną programu studiów lic., z rozbudowaną ścieżką kształcenia związaną z animacją i upowsz. kult. film. Festiwale film. są idealnym miejscem do doskonalenia i sprawdzania kompet. w tym zakresie. Po rocznym cyklu staży do Netia Off Camera 2019 zostaną dopuszczone te os., które będą najbardziej zainteresowane wykonywaniem pracy na fest. i zdobędą pozytywną opinię opiekunów staży i pracodawcy oraz studenci II roku, aby mogli również współpracować ze starszymi i bardziej doświadczonymi kolegami. Udział w NOC 2019 pozwolistudentom III rokuutrwalić zdobyte na tym samym fest. rok wcześniej kompetencje, będzie także szansą na zwiększenie stopnia zatrudnialności. Pozostałe osoby, poprzez udział w programie staży wzbogaci swoje kompet. niezbędne do pracy w innych zawodach w obrębie animacji i upowsz. kult. film. (Polish)
