Głównym celem projektu CETA + PLAN = PRACA jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 90% osób uczestniczących w projekcie - studentów studiów stac. MSU WoFiKA w okresie od 1.03.2018 do 30.06.2019 w ramach podnoszenia kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa. Staże ujęte w projekcie podzielone są na dwa etapy: 1) staż w Centrum Technik Audiowizualnych oraz 2) staż na planie filmowym i telewizyjnym (tv). Staże ujęte w projekcie, w których uczestniczyć będą 22 osoby (K- 13, M - 9), podzielone są na dwa etapy: 1) staż w Centrum Technik Audiowizualnych oraz 2) staż na planie filmowym i telewizyjnym (tv). Całość projektu trwać będzie 3 semestry, od sem. 2 do 4 (od 1 marca 2018 do 30 czerwca 2019 - kryt. dost. 4), co oznacza, że iż wsparciem objęci będą studenci, którym do zakończenia kształcenia pozostają maksymalnie 4 semestry; w projekcie nie będą również brali udział studenci równocześnie korzystających z Programu Erasmus Plus+ (kryt. dost. 5). Staż w CeTA (sem. 2., maj 2018) składać się będzie z dwóch aktywności: 1) pracy zleconej przez dyrekcję CeTA, 2) realizacji własnego projektu audiowizualnego z wykorzystaniem zaplecza technologicznego CeTA. Studenci, w zależności od zainteresowania, będą mogli modyfikować zaangażowanie ww. wspomniane aktywności (część studentów będzie uczesniczyć np. w pracach studia animacji CeTA, inni z kolei skoncentrują się na realizacji własnego projektu). Rodzaj dominującego zaangażowania studentów zostanie określony w procedurze rekrutacji. W sem. 3 i 4. (jesień 2018 - wiosna 2019 - do 31 maja 2019) studenci wezmą udział w stażu na planach filmowych i telewizyjnych. (Polish)
