Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wadowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: - osoby nie kwalifikujące się do żadnej z poniższych grup - 43%, - osoby niepełnosprawne - 17%, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne -35%, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - 36%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I lub II. W projekcie przedstawienie każdemu z uczestników konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyzpozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Strona - (Polish)
