The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district.The main output of the project will be to take up employment by:43 % of participants not eligible for groups with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and low-skilled people, 17 % of disabled participants, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled registered in the PUP.The project will support 153 people under the age of 30 selected for the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”).If there is a need (according to IPDs), beneficiaries will benefit from double support, e.g. once they have been trained, they will receive one-off measures to start operating.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the District Labour Office in the East will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT WSCHOWSKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY WE WSCHOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wschowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: - 43% uczestników niekwalifikujących się do grup osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych i osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, - 17% uczestników niepełnosprawnych, - 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną 153 osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W przypadku zaistnienia potrzeby (zgodnie z IPD) beneficjenci zostaną objęci podwójnym wsparciem np. po ukończonym szkoleniu otrzymają jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie dział. gosp. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy we Wschowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
