In the project, the applicant will put in place, within its organisational entity, a new organisational system in line with Article 110a of the Social Assistance Act and aims to amend the Social Assistance Act.In the framework of the change in the GOPS structure, 3 Posts/Groups will be selected. 1.Position/Team of the First Contact Point 2.Social Work Team/Position 3.The position/group of benefits to be decided on the above structure will take place in the period from 01.10.2019 to 31.03.2021. project implementation will be possible through appropriate staff training (training, supervision), implementation of social work methods with different customer groups in line with the new standards indicated in the competition, hiring of new staff, adaptation of the GOPs.In order to properly fulfil the social assistance tasks, it is necessary to reliably identify the persons requiring assistance as well as the proper performance of social workers’ duties to monitor the social situation.Failure to do little or little to cooperate does not ensure the full and effective identification and subsequent assessment of the situation of persons in need.The project will carry out the following activities/tasks: 1.Preparation for the creation of a new structure of the prominent Centre for Social Assistance, Osiek, 2.The implementation of the new model and the work of the Ochopped Social Assistance Centre according to the new model; (English) | |||

Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu wdroży w ramach swojej jednostki organizacyjnej nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pomocy społecznej oraz założeniami do zmian do ustawy o pomocy społecznej. W ramach zmiany struktury GOPS Wieprz zostaną wyodrębnione min. 3 Stanowiska/Zespoły:1. Stanowisko/Zespół ds. pierwszego kontaktu2. Zespół/Stanowisko ds. pracy socjalnej i usług3. Stanowisko/Zespół ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzjąWdrożenie ww. struktury nastąpi w okresie od 01.10.2019 do 31.03.2021 r. Realizacja projektu będzie możliwa dzięki odpowiedniemu przeszkoleniu pracowników (szkolenia, superwizja), wdrożeniu metod pracy socjalnej z różnymi grupami klientów zgodnie z nowymi standardami wskazanymi w ramach konkursu, zatrudnienie nowych pracowników, przystosowanie pomieszczeń GOPS. W celu prawidłowego wypełniania zadań z zakresu pomocy społecznej konieczna jest rzetelna identyfikacja osób wymagających objęcia pomocą, jak też należyte wykonywanie obowiązków przez pracowników socjalnych, mające na celu monitorowanie sytuacji społecznej. Niekorzystanie bądź korzystanie w niewielkim stopniu z możliwości współpracy nie zapewnia pełnej i skutecznej identyfikacji i następnie oceny sytuacji osób potrzebujących.Grupą docelową realizacji projektu jestGminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej Osiek, pracownicy socjalni Ośrodka. W ramach realizacji projektuGOPS Osiekplanuje przeprowadzić następujące działania/zadania:1. Przygotowanie do utworzenia nowej struktury Gminnego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej Osiek;2.
