The project “Young People — Active — Experience in the Świętokrzyskie Labour Market” is a carefully planned project resulting from the Foundation’s long-standing experience of the Foundation of the Polish Academy of Science in the field of activation of disadvantaged young people in the labour market.The project aims to increase the employability of 120 young people (66K, 54M) not participating in education and training, the so-called NEETs aged 15-29 living in Świętokrzyskie Province (including 72 persons aged 15-24). of which 96 inactive people, 24 unemployed, including 15 long-term unemployed by 31 October 2017, through personalised and comprehensive support including:psychological, occupational, job matching and activation instruments for people who are unemployed.AUDIENCE:The project targets 120 NEETs aged 15-29, of which 72 persons aged 15-24, 10 persons with disabilities.The project participants are inhabitants of Świętokrzyskie Province, of which 72 are inhabited in the countryside.66 women (55 % of the PA) will be supported from Świętokrzyskie Province due to the more difficult situation of women on the regional labour market and gender barriers.The main deliverables of the project will be the entry into employment of 52 UP (employment efficiency) as well as the increase of the psycho-social competences of 116 UP and the increase in professional qualifications in 116.(by participation in professional training).ACTIONS:The planned activities will involve an active participation of the Participants for the Project and will be individually tailored to each participant, at the level of the initial vocational training opportunity and the IPD.The applicant has planned:psychological and occupational guidance, job placement, training and internships.The project will run from 1 May 2016 to 31 October (English) | |||

Projekt "Młodzi - Aktywni - Doświadczeni na świętokrzyskim rynku pracy" stanowi skrupulatnie zaplanowane przedsięwzięcie będące efektem wieloletnich doświadczeń Fundacji Polskiej Akademii Nauk w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej i społecznej osób młodych znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. CELEM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 120 osób młodych (66K, 54M), nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu, tzw. młodzież NEET w wieku 15-29 lat zamieszkałych na terenie województwa świętokrzyskiego (w tym 72 osoby w wieku 15-24 lata). z czego 96 osób biernych zawodowo, 24 bezrobotnych, w tym 15 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych do 31 października 2017 roku poprzez zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe wsparcie obejmujące: poradnictwo psychologiczne, zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy oraz instrumenty aktywizacji zawodowej osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Projekt jest skierowany do 120 osób należących do grupy NEET w wieku 15-29 lat,z czego 72 osoby w wieku 15-24 lata, 10 osób z niepełnosprawnościami, . Uczestnicy projektu to mieszkańcy woj. świętokrzyskiego, z czego 72 os. zamieszkałe na wsi. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 66 kobiet (55%UP) z grupy NEET woj. świętokrzyskiego ze względu na trudniejszą sytuację kobiet na regionalnym rynku pracy i bariery płci. GŁÓWNYMI REZULTATAMI PROJEKTU będą podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 52 UP (efektywność zatrudnieniowa), a także wzrost kompetencji psycho-społ.przez 116 UP oraz wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych u 116 os. (poprzez udział w szkoleniach zawodowych). DZIAŁANIA: Zaplanowane działania zakładają aktywny udział Uczestników Projektu oraz będą indywidualnie dopasowane do każdego uczestnika na podst. przeprowadzonej diagnozy możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego i opracowanego IPD. Wnioskodawca zaplanował: poradnictwo psychologiczne i zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, szkolenia i staże. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 maja 2016 do 31 paździ (Polish)
