Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrud. os. młodych pon. 30r.ż.pozostających bez pracy w powiecie olsztyń.Gł. rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrud. przez 30% osób dł. bezrobotnych, 12% osób z niepełnos., 43% os. o niskich kwalif., 38% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z pow. wymienionych grup zarejestrowanych w UPPO.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną os. pon. 30r.ż zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw. poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zaw. danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o prom.zatrud(...).Uczestnikami projektu są 294os. młode w wieku 18-29l pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w UPPO jako bezrob.(należące do I lub II profilu pomocy),które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw.młodzież NEET), zgodnie z def. osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w POWER2014-2020.Planowane w ramach projektu formy wsparcia to:staże dla 208os., bony szkoleniowe dla 6 osób, bony na zasiedlenie dla 35 osób oraz dofinansowanie na podjęcie dział. gosp. dla 29 os., dla 16 os. szkolenia (indywidualne).Okres realizacji projektu:01.01.2016r.-31.12.2016r.
