OBJECTIVE:Preparing for the labour market by IV.2018, 68 people aged 18-24, unemployed who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) from the city of Ruda Śląsk.The project targets 68 people (43 women, 25 men):— aged 18-24, who are registered with the PUP R.Sl. as unemployed, with an established 2nd NEETs — with the exclusion of the group defined for the procedure to be followed in the context of the procedure.1.3.1 to 4 months after registration in the PUP R.S1, including:Low-skilled unemployed 48 (30K, 18M) — unemployed 13 (8K, 5M)According to the identified needs of potential Us and employers, the project will plan two support routes:And — for 24 U requiring new/higher qualifications expected by employers, followed by experience, II for 44 U for which not new qualifications are required to be qualified in the labour market but gain experience.In both paths, the work of the KLIENTA advisor is the common denominator and key common denominator.The action is based on a tailor-made approach and direct contact with the EU and employers to build the possibility to find and maintain a traineeship and subsequently work.The client advisor, from the start of the project, builds up contacts with employers in order to get to know their current staff needs.In terms of matching it with the needs of employers, she is recruiting a U and then steering them within the framework of the IPD for a sustainable presence in the labour market.Activities in the project under the ongoing support programmed by the client advisor include the orientation of the career path, the acquisition of mobility in the labour market, the possibility of acquiring kWa. CEL: Przygotowanie do wejścia na rynek pracy do IV.2018, 68 osób w wieku 18-24, bezrobotnych, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) z Miasta Ruda Śląska. Projekt skierowany jest do 68 osób (43 kobiet, 25 mężczyzn): -w wieku 18-24 lata -zarejestrowanych w PUP R.Śl. jako bezrobotne, z ustalonym II profilem pomocy -młodzież NEET -z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddz. 1.3.1 -do 4 miesięcy od zarejestrowania w PUP R.Śl. w tym: -o niskich kwalifikacjach 48 (30K, 18M) -dł. bezrobotnych 13 (8K, 5M) Osoby młode stanowią wysoki odsetek w gronie bezrobotnych, co w połączeniu ze szczególnymi barierami w wejściu na rynek pracy rzutuje na konieczność objęcia ich pomocą. Zgodnie ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami potencjalnych U i pracodawców, w ramach projektu zaplanowano dwie ścieżki wsparcia: I - dla 24 U wymagających nabycia nowych/ podniesienia kwalifikacji oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, a następnie zdobycia doświadczenia, II - dla 44 U, dla których do zaistnienia na rynku pracy są wymagane nie nowe kwalifikacje, lecz zdobycie doświadczenia. W obydwu ścieżkach wspólnym mianownikiem i KLUCZOWYM CZYNNIKIEM są działania prowadzone przez DORADCĘ KLIENTA. Podstawą działań jest zindywidualizowane podejście i bezpośredni kontakt z U i pracodawcami w celu budowania możliwości znalezienia i utrzymania najpierw stażu a następnie pracy. Doradca Klienta od początku projektu buduje kontakty z pracodawcami, w celu poznania ich aktualnego zapotrzebowania na pracowników. Pod kątem dopasowania do potrzeb pracodawców, prowadzi on rekrutację U, a następnie kierunkuje ich w ramach przygotowanego IPD w zakresie trwałego zaistnienia na rynku pracy. Działania w projekcie w ramach stałego wsparcia zaprogramowanego przez Doradcę Klienta, obejmują ukierunkowanie ścieżki rozwoju zawodowego, nabycie umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy, możliwość nabycia kwa (Polish)
