Project objective:Increase the competences of 57 (56 women, 1 men) of the key staff of the institutions and social integration through their first degree of specialisation in the profession.Main results:As a result of the project 57 (56 women, 1 men) of key personnel of the institutions and social inclusion:The competence for implementing measures for the benefit of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will become qualifications. this will be confirmed by the completion of this group of training courses in the field of specialisation and occupation by the social worker and the passing of an external examination.Audience:The participants in the project will be only key staff of the assistance and social integration institutions. persons admitted to training will fulfil all the conditions, in particular those relating to qualification and training in the profession of social worker, as laid down in the Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation (MPiPS) of17 April 2012 on specialisation in the profession of social worker.It is assumed that workers living or working in the voivodeships are expected to participate in the project:Małopolskie, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie, Śląskie.The project activities will cover 60 people (58 women, 2 men) Main tasks:1.Training in vocational training in the profession of social worker, 2. an examination of the degree of specialisation in the profession of social worker. Cel projektu: Zwiększenie kompetencji 57 (56 kobiet, 1 mężczyznę) kluczowych pracowników instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej poprzez uzyskanie przez nich I stopnia specjalizacji w zawodzie pracownik socjalny. Główne rezultaty: W wyniku realizacji projektu 57 (56 kobiet, 1 mężczyznę) kluczowych pracowników instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej: - uzyska kompetencje w zakresie realizacji działań na rzecz osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - uzyska kwalifikacje Wskaźniki te zostaną potwierdzone poprzez ukończenie przez tę grupę szkoleń z zakresu specjalizacji I stopnia w zawodzie pracownik socjalny oraz zdanie z pozytywnym wynikiem egzaminu zewnętrznego. Grupa docelowa: Uczestnikami projektu będą wyłącznie kluczowi pracownicy instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej Osoby zakwalifikowane na szkolenia będą spełniać wszystkie warunki, w szczególności dotyczące kwalifikacji i stażu w zawodzie pracownika socjalnego, określone w Rozporządzeniu MPiPS z dn. 17 kwietnia 2012 r. w sprawie specjalizacji w zawodzie pracownik socjalny. Zakłada się, że w projekcie uczestniczyć będą pracownicy mieszkający lub pracujący w województwach: małopolskim, podkarpackim, świętokrzyskim, śląskim. Działaniami projektu objęte zostanie 60 osób (58 kobiet, 2 mężczyzn) Główne zadania: 1. Szkolenia z zakresu specjalizacji I stopnia w zawodzie pracownik socjalny 2. egzamin na I stopień specjalizacji w zawodzie pracownik socjalny (Polish)
