The main aim of the project is to increase the chances on the labour market through the acquisition and development of key competences corresponding to the needs of the economy for 244 students/ek in the VEI in the period from III18 to X19.Audience:project aimed at 249 students (19K, 230M) of the European Parliament for the 4 most recent university studies:And liqueur.Automation and robotics, 1st and 2nd Electricity, I and II Electronics, I and 2nd Electronics, I and II.The main deliverables of the project are as follows:— an increase in the competences of the university’s activities supported by the ESF at 244;The scope of the traineeship will be in line with the studies and will be built on the basis of the guidelines in the Council Recommendation of10.03.2014 on the quality of traineeships.The duration of the traineeship will be 3 months and includes a total of 360 hours of work (to be carried out during the holiday period).These tasks will concern national traineeships in plants with a high technical potential (e.g. electricity, electricity, IT, telecommunications, aviation).The specific objective of the project is to be found in the objective of the specific objective of Regulation No 1 of the PO WER.For Proj, it will be possible to finance:the costs of medical examinations, accommodation and travel expenses incurred in connection with medical examinations, accommodation and travel expenses.The traineeship programme will ensure optimal preparation of the studio.The WEI PRz meets the needs of the labour market, will have an impact on the development of professional and interpersonal competences among participants, and will be valuable documented in the course of future work.The results of the project will contribute to achievement in key areas identified for IP 10, i.e. increase the number of people supported by the ESF in order to raise competences in key areas for (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy poprzez nabycie i rozwój kluczowych kompetencji odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki przez 244 studentów/ek Wydziału Elektrotechniki i Informatyki (WEiI) w okresie od III18r. do XI19r. Grupa docelowa: projekt skierowany do 249 studentów/ek (19K,230M) WEiI kształcących sie na 4 ostatnich sem. studiów stac.: I st. na kier. Automatyka i robotyka, I i II st. Energetyka, I i II st. Elektrotechnika, I i II st. Elektronika i telekomunikacja,I st. Informatyka. Główne zakładane rezultaty projektu: - podniesienie kompetencji w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS u 244 stud./ek Działania w proj. będa elementami nowymi odrębnymi od już istniejących, nie obejmujące praktyk zawodowych, których organizacja wynika ze ściezki kształcenia na danym kier. Zakres merytoryczny stażu będzie zgodny z kier. studiów, a program stażowy konstruowany będzie w oparciu o wytyczne zawarte w Zaleceniu Rady z dn. 10.03.2014 w sprawie jakości staży. Staże będą trwać 3 m-ce i łącznie obejmą 360h pracy (realizowane będą w okresie wakacyjnym). Realizowane zadania dotyczyć będą staży krajowych w zakładach o wysokim potencjale technicznym (m.in. branża elektroenergetyczna, elektryczna, IT, telekomunikacyjna, lotnicza). Zdefiniowany cel proj. wpisuje się w cel szczeg. nr 1 PO WER.W ramach proj możliwe będzie sfinansowane : wyn. stażysty, wyn opiekuna po stronie prac. koszty ubezp. badań lekarskich, zakwaterowania oraz dojazdów. Program stażowy zapewni optymalne przygotowanie stud. WEiI PRz do potrzeb rynku pracy, wpłynie na rozwój kompetencji zawodowych i interpersonalnych wśród uczestników proj., będzie stanowił cenne udokumentowane dośw. przydatne w przyszłej pracy zawodowej. Efekty realizacji projektu przyczynią się do osiągnięcia wsk. kluczowych wskazanych dla PI 10 ii tj. zwiększą liczbę osób objętych wsparciem EFS w celu podniesienia kompetencji w obszarach kluczowych dla (Polish)
