The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of social assistance and social work services to the client of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Radomsko.The improvement of customer service will be achieved through the implementation of organisational improvements in the separation of administrative procedures for the provision of cash benefits from social work in the period from 01.03.2017 to 31.08.2018.In MOPs, there will be organisational improvements with the separation of administrative work from social work and social services.An organisational unit will be set aside to implement the project.The cells’ tasks will be developed on the basis of the model documents annexed to the competition.Families/persons resident in the Radomska area will be covered, up to 20 families per social worker, i.e. a total of up to 60 families.The project will introduce changes to the work organisation of MOPs.The project is planned to be carried out at the selected MOPs headquarters using the existing local technical base.The activities of social workers will be covered by families with children, with special attention to families with care facilities, where there is a risk that children should be placed in foster care, with long-term recipients of social assistance benefits, and are not viable.It is envisaged that families should be designated for support from those who already exist in the system, whether they are new or have other forms of support, and that require assistance in the form of social work and other services.According to the project, outside the social work and financial support of a worker, family benefits will be covered by preventative services, such as:family assistant services, day support services, work with family including specialist counselling and counselling, therapy and others. MIASTO RADOMSKO/MIEJSKI OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W RADOMSKU

Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości realizacji usług pomocy społecznej oraz pracy socjalnej na rzecz klientów Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Radomsku. Poprawa obsługi klienta zostanie osiągnięta poprzez wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu procedur administracyjnych umożliwiających przyznawanie świadczeń pieniężnych od pracy socjalnej w okresie od 01.03.2017r. do 31.08.2018r. W MOPS nastąpi wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych. Wyodrębniona zostanie komórka organizacyjna realizująca projekt. Zadania komórki zostaną opracowane na podstawie dokumentów modelowych stanowiących załącznik do konkursu. Wsparciem objęte będą rodziny/osoby zamieszkałe na terenie Radomska, do 20 rodzin na pracownika socjalnego tj. ogółem do 60 rodzin. Projekt będzie wprowadzał zmiany w organizacji pracy MOPS. Planuje się realizację projektu w wybranej siedzibie MOPS z wykorzystaniem dotychczasowej bazy lokalowo – technicznej. Działaniem pracowników socjalnych zostaną objęte rodziny z dziećmi, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rodzin z problemami opiekuńczo-wychowawczymi, gdzie występuje zagrożenie umieszczenie dzieci w pieczy zastępczej, długotrwale korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej, niezaradne życiowo, niesamodzielne. Przewiduje sie wytypowanie rodzin do objęcia wsparciem spośród już funkcjonjących w systemie pom. społe., jak i spośród nowozgłaszających się, czy też korzystających z innych form wsparcia, a wymagających pomocy w postaci pracy socjalnej i innych usług. Zgodnie z założeniami projektu poza pracą socjalną i wsparciem finansowym pracownika świadczeń rodziny zostaną objęte usługami profilaktycznymi takimi jak: usługi asystenta rodziny, usługi w placówce wsparcia dziennego, praca z rodziną, w tym m.in. konsultacje i poradnictwo specjalistyczne, terapia i inne.
