The project involves, in the first stage, the preparation of the seat of the Centre and the development of the necessary documentation for the separation of social and administrative work, the diagnosis of local needs.It is intended to prepare a new organisational structure, organisational structure, new responsibilities for staff and the identification of local needs for the establishment of teams.It is then planned to carry out staff training and workshops on the role, mission and value of the OPs in the municipality, work with social groups (persons unemployed, people with disabilities and their families, seniors, families with children and people experiencing domestic violence).Will be set up in accordance with “Model for the provision of services of a defined standard in the municipality” and “Guidance on the implementation of organisational improvements in organisational units of social assistance”, four teams:• The first contact unit,• Social Work Team,• Service Team, and the Group on benefits granted by the decision.Social and administrative workers will be assigned to individual teams and units.There are plans to recruit specialists — a lawyer, a psychologist, a Pedagog and a supervision.Standards introduced by the Ordinance on the provision of care services and the procedures for teams and units will be developed, based, inter alia, on the documents produced during the implementation of the project “Building and developing standards for social assistance and integration services”.During the project, it is planned to award a service in the form of shelter and support to the homeless, and in the form of preparation and delivery of hot meals to the point of delivery.If there is a diagnosis of the need to set up a KIS — OPs in the partnership with the PLO in Cieszyn, it will endeavour to outsource this form of service.Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the project will be carried out in order to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of the planned R & D (English) | |||

GMINA SKOCZÓW/OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W SKOCZOWIE

Projekt zakłada w I etapie przygotowanie siedziby Ośrodka i opracowanie dokumentacji niezbędnej do oddzielania pracy socjalnej i usług od pracy administracyjnej, dokonanie diagnozy potrzeb lokalnych. Planuje się przygotowanie nowego regulaminu organizacyjnego, struktury organizacyjnej, nowych zakresów obowiązków dla pracowników i zdiagnozowanie potrzeb lokalnych pod utworzenie zespołów. Następnie planuje się przeprowadzenie szkoleń i warsztatów dla pracowników dotyczących roli, misji i wartości OPS w gminie, pracy z grupami społecznymi (osoby pozostające bez pracy, niepełnosprawni i ich rodziny, seniorzy, rodziny z dziećmi oraz osoby doświadczające przemocy w rodzinie). Zostaną utworzone zgodnie z „Modelem realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie” i „Zasadami wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej” cztery zespoły: • Zespół ds. pierwszego kontaktu, • Zespół ds. pracy socjalnej, • Zespół ds. usług, • Zespół ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją. Pracownicy socjalni i administracyjni zostaną przydzieleni do poszczególnych zespołów oraz działów. Planuje się zatrudnienie specjalistów – prawnik, psycholog, pedagog oraz zlecenie superwizji. Zostaną opracowane standardy wprowadzone zarządzeniem dotyczące świadczenia usług opiekuńczych oraz postępowań podejmowanych w zespołach i działach w oparciu m.in. o dokumenty powstałe w trakcie realizacji projektu „Tworzenie i rozwijanie standardów usług pomocy i integracji społecznej”. W trakcie projektu planuje się zlecanie usługi w formie zapewnienia schronienia i wsparcia osobom bezdomnym, oraz w formie przygotowywania i dowozu gorących posiłków do punktu wydawania. W przypadku zdiagnozowania potrzeby utworzenia KIS - OPS w partnerstwie z PUP w Cieszynie będzie dążył do zlecenia tej formy usługi. Prowadzony będzie ciągły monitoring i ewaluacja projektu w celu sprawnego i zgodnego z harmonogramem zrealizowania założonych zada (Polish)
