The project is a response to the deteriorating situation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the public procurement market (ZP).MMSP raise fewer numbers, are less effective in offering them than large competitors.This is mainly due to lack of knowledge of the law, the market for the ZP, a lack of knowledge where I find a vacancy notice and how to choose those to join.SMEs often do not have sufficient resources to benefit from the professional training and advisory services of the ZP.Therefore, the project will be greatly supported by the project in this area.It will also be an opportunity for parts of SMEs to prepare their first offers.The purpose of the project is to acquire knowledge and skills from the scope of applying for ZP to Poland by business enterprises in the SME sector and their employees, at least 378 thereof, with a minimum of 189 MMSP, from Mazowieckie and Lubelskie.The comprehensive programme led by the experts of APPEXnet and Partnering assumes:The identification and recruitment of potential recipients of support, — to prepare and carry out training and advisory activities on the application of training and counselling activities aimed at entrepreneurs in the SME sector (and their staff) in the form of 4 days of training counselling, which will make it possible to look for attractive cases and prepare for ZP alone in their business, — to organise and carry out advisory activities within the framework of the consultation and advisory services (PKD) from the scope of applying for ZP with a view to the preparation and submission of tenders in Poland, which will allow, inter alia, to monitor the participation of economic operators affected by the project on the market in Poland.The project is to mobilise SMEs to apply for ZP, thus equipping them with both the knowledge, practical skills of the ZP and the whole package of tools (model documents, techniques, courses) facilitate (English) | |||

Projekt jest odpowiedzią na pogarszająca się sytuację mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MMSP) na rynku zamówień publicznych (ZP). MMSP pozyskują coraz mniej ZP, są mniej skuteczne w ofertowaniu niż ich duzi konkurenci. Wynika to głównie z nieznajomości prawa, rynku ZP, braku wiedzy gdzie znajdywać ogłoszenia o ZP i jak wybierać te, do których warto przystąpić. MMSP często nie mają wystarczających zasobów, aby skorzystać z profesjonalnych usług szkoleniowych i doradczych z zakresu ZP. Dlatego projekt będzie dla nich dużym wsparciem w tym obszarze. Będzie też szansą dla części MMSP, aby przygotować swoje pierwsze oferty. Celem projektu jest zdobycie wiedzy i umiejętności z zakresu ubiegania się o ZP w Polsce przez przedsiębiorstwa sektora MMSP i ich pracowników - min. 378 os. z min. 189 MMSP, z woj. mazowieckiego i lubelskiego. Kompleksowy program prowadzony przez ekspertów z ZP firmy APEXnet i Partnerów zakłada: - identyfikację i rekrutację potencjalnych odbiorców wsparcia, - przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie działań szkoleniowych i doradczych z zakresu ubiegania się o ZP w Polsce skierowanych do przedsiębiorców sektora MMSP (i ich pracowników) w formie 4 dni szkoleń wzbogaconych o doradztwo poszkoleniowe, które umożliwi wyszukanie atrakcyjnych postępowań i przygotowanie do samodzielnego startowania o ZP w swojej branży, - zorganizowanie i prowadzenie działań doradczych w ramach punktów konsultacyjno-doradczych (PK-D) z zakresu ubiegania się o ZP w Polsce skierowanych do przedsiębiorców sektora MMSP (i ich pracowników), w ramach którego m.in. otrzymają wsparcie doradcze w zakresie przygotowywania i składania ofert przetargowych, co pozwoli na monitorowanie udziału przedsiębiorców objętych projektem w rynku ZP w Polsce. Projekt ma zmobilizować MMSP do ubiegania się o ZP, dlatego wyposaży je zarówno w wiedzę, praktyczne umiejętności z ZP, jak i cały pakiet narzędzi (wzorów dokumentów, technik, ścieżek postępowania) ułatwiaj (Polish)
