The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people below the age of 30 in the district of rock.The main result of the project will be the establishment of employment (within the meaning of the methodology set out in the “Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the area of the labour market (...)”), by at least 17 % of the disabled who will close the project, 35 % of the long-term unemployed who have completed their participation in the project and 36 % of the low-skilled who will end their participation in the project.The project will support 136 people under the age of 30 to be eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or aid profile II (so called “demanding”) of NEETs.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, suitability and professional problems as a result of the Individual Action Plan.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.In the framework of the project, all persons who are targeted to complete a traineeship will be covered by work and those who apply for economic guidance in order to establish their suitability for carrying out such activities taking into account, inter alia, qualifications, experience, motivations for setting up a business. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kamiennogórskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia (w rozumieniu metodologii określonej w "Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy (...)") przez co najmniej 17% osób niepełnosprawnych, które zakończą udział w projekcie, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, które zakończą udział w projekcie oraz 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, które zakończą udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 136 osób poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wspracia) należących do kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika wynikająca z Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu wszystkie osoby skierowane do odbycia stażu zostaną objęte pośrednictwem pracy, a osoby, które złożą wnioski o przyznanie środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej poradnictwem zawodowym w celu ustalenia predyspozycji do prowadzenia wskazanego rodzaju działalności uwzględniających m.in. kwalifikacje, doświadczenie, motywacje do podjęcia działalności gospodarczej.
