The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of 24 students of the EEZ in the period from IV to XII to XII 2020, in the direction of advertising graphics and multimedia for digital graphics/illustrations, by developing and implementing, in cooperation with the employers, an innovative Digital Art capable of responding to the identified needs of the economy, the labour market and society, and is in line with the objectives of the Regional Innovation Strategy for Malopolska Region (smart specialisation 7:Creative and leisure industries).The inclusion of employers in the process of creating a new specialty programme, the development of teaching materials (authors of scripts, guides) based on professional experience and the involvement of experts in the whole cycle of education on a new scale/formula, will make it possible to prepare young workers for the creative sector in line with employers’ expectations.A new speciality will be made up of 406 teaching hours, including 380 in the form of exercises, workshops and practical design activities.     Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie w okresie od IV 2017 do XII 2020 kompetencji 24 studentów WSE studiów stacjonarnych I stopnia na kierunku Grafika Reklamowa i Multimedia z zakresu grafika cyfrowa/ilustracje, poprzez opracowanie i realizację we współpracy z pracodawcami innowacyjnej specjalności Digital Art, która odpowiadać będzie na zdiagnozowane potrzeby gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa oraz jest zgodna z założeniami Regionalnej Strategii Innowacji dla Małopolski (inteligentna specjalizacja 7: Przemysł kreatywny i czasu wolnego). Włączenie pracodawców w proces tworzenia programu nowej specjalności, opracowanie materiałów dydaktycznych (autorskich skryptów, poradników) bazujących na doświadczeniach branżowych oraz zangażowanie ekspertów-praktyków w realizację całego cyklu kształcenia w nowym zakresie/formule, pozwoli przygotować kadrę młodych pracowników dla rozwijającej się branży kreatywnej zgodnie z oczekiwaniami pracodawców. Nowa specjalność obejmie 406 godzin dydaktycznych, w tym 380 realizowanych w formie ćwiczeń, zajęć warsztatowych i projektowych o charakterze praktycznym. (Polish)
