Projekt polega na przygotowaniu modyfikacji programu kształceniadla studentów AWF Kraków (przyszłych nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego) i przeprowadzeniu tego kształcenia wśród 774 st. na kierunku nauczycielskim: Wychowanie Fizyczne. Program będzie dostosowany do zmian w systemie edukacji - uwzględniających koncepcję zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia (indywidualizacji procesu kształcenia) oraz wymogi stawiane przez otoczenie społeczno-gospodarcze. Projekt obejmie dwa roczniki studentów studiów stacjonarnych I i II stopnia kierunku Wychowanie Fizyczne (łącznie 774 os, w tym: I st. stud.: 262 os. x 2 rocz = 524 os, II st stud.125 ox x 2 roczn = 250 os.), i będzie realizowany poprzez zaplanowane w projekcie działania polegające na przeprowadzeniu dodatkowych warsztatów, praktyk studenckich i organizacji obozów letnich. Założone do osiągnięcia wskaźniki w projekcie uwzględniają odsetek osób kończących studia na danym kierunku w stosunku do osób rozpoczynających edukację. Realizacja zajęć na kolejnym roczniku kształcenia w projekcie będzie poprzedzona modyfikacją programu zrealizowanego na pierwszej edycji w projekcie oraz wnioskami/doświadczeniami uzyskanymi we wcześniejszej edycji.Programy kształcenia nauczycieli w projekcie zostaną stworzone w oparciu o modelowe programy kształcenia nauczycieli wypracowane w projekcie pozakonkursowym pn. Opracowanie modelowych programów kształcenia nauczycieli (KD3).Kierunki objęte projektem nie posiadają negatywnej oceny jakości kształcenia PKA (KD7)Program/y opracowany/e i wdrożony/e w projekcie będą określać podstawowe efekty kształcenia oraz metody ich osiągania przez studentów. Będzie/dą zawierać treści istotne z punktu widzenia rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego. Stworzony/ne program/y kształcenia będą przyczynić się również do rozwoju kompetencji pedagogicznych, kompetencji społecznych studentów (KD8).Projekt trwa 56,5 miesiecy. (Polish)
