The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the district of death.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO in Zgierz will carry out the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. where the project provides for training, it is compatible with the identified needs and potential of the project participant and identified with the needs of the relevant local or regional labour market.The choice of social competence training, which is indicated in ESCO, will only be due to the identified needs and potential of the project participant concerned.Other training courses will be in line with the identified needs and potential of the project participant as well as with the Barometer of the professions most up-to-date at the time of the application for funding or an analysis of employers’ offers.Where the project provides for training, the result is a qualification or acquisition of competence within the meaning of the Guidelines for the monitoring of progress in physical implementation of the operational programmes for the period 2014-2020. the financial measures to be incurred as part of the disbursement of one-off measures to undertake an economic activity and to reimburse the cost of equipment or retrofitting work stations for the unemployed shall be net of VAT. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) w powiecie zgierskim. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Zgierzu realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.W przypadku, gdy projekt przewiduje szkolenia, są one zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika projektu oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami właściwego lokalnego lub regionalnego rynku pracy. Wybór szkoleń dotyczących kompetencji społecznych, które są wskazywane w ESCO, będzie mógł wynikać wyłącznie ze zdiagnozowanych potrzeb i potencjału danego uczestnika projektu. Natomiast pozostałe szkolenia będą zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika projektu, jak również z Barometrem zawodów najbardziej aktualnym na dzień składania wniosku o dofinansowanie lub analizą ofert pracodawców. W przypadku, gdy projekt przewiduje szkolenia, ich efektem jest uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencji w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020.Środki finansowe ponoszone w ramach wypłaty jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacji kosztów wyposażenie lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego są kwotami netto nie zawierającymi podatku VAT.
