The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 40 (24K, 16M) of young people aged 15-29, from the district of Brest and Nyski who do not participate in training or education (including at least 50 % of people with low qualifications and/or persons with disabilities), through: — skills development in the labour market (career counselling and placement of -100 % of people with disabilities), -acquisition of professional qualifications needed in the labour market (75 % of trainees.), -acquisition of professional experience (62 % of learners.). the project support will be individual and comprehensive activation of education and training, including the need to identify needs (through the development and/or update of the Individual Action Plan or other supporting document) and employment services in respect of obtaining adequate employment in line with the qualification and competence of the supported person or career guidance and is tailored to the specific needs of the target group.The third and subsequent forms of support will be adapted to the needs of the project participant in accordance with its specific Action Plan or other document with a similar function.(KRILL.No6) The project will be used in accordance with the standards laid down in the Youth Guarantee Plan in Poland, i.e. within four months from the date of accession to young people, a high quality offer of employment, continued education, an apprenticeship, traineeship or other form of assistance leading to a professional activation will be provided. the project will use the validated products of PI POKL “Innovative activation method”. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 40 (24K,16M) osób młodych w wieku 15-29 lat, z powiatu brzeskiego i nyskiego biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy nieuczestniczących w szkoleniu lub kształceniu (w tym min. 50% stanowić będą osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami i/lub osoby z niepełnosprawnościami), poprzez:-rozwój umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy (doradztwo zawod. i pośrednictwo pracy -100%ucz),-nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy (75% ucz. objętych szkol. zawod.),-nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego (62% ucz. weźmie udział w stażach zawod.)co zostanie osiągnięte w okresie 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 roku.Wsparcie zakładane w projekcie będzie miało charakter indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej i opierało się na co najmniej 3 elementach pomocy wybranych spośród form wsparcia wskazanych w PO WER, w tym obligatoryjnie identyfikacji potrzeb (poprzez opracowanie lub aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania lub innego dokumentu pełniącego analogiczną funkcję) i pośrednictwa pracy w zakresie uzyskania odpowiedniego zatrudnienia zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwa zawodowego oraz zostało dostosowane do specyficznych potrzeb grupy docelowej. Trzecia i kolejne formy wsparcia zostaną dostosowane do potrzeb uczestnika projektu, zgodnie z opracowanym dla niego Indywidualnym Planem Działania lub innym dokumentem pełniącym analogiczną funkcję. DOST. nr 6)Udzielane w projekcie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planie realizacji Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce, tzn. w ciągu czterech miesięcy od dnia przystąpienia do projektu osobom młodym zostanie zapewniona wysokiej jakości oferta zatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu, stażu lub inna forma pomocy prowadząca do aktywizacji zawodowej.Projekt będzie wykorzystywał zwalidowane produkty PI POKL "Mentoring innowacyjna metoda aktywizacji" (Polish)
