The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county.The support under the project will always be preceded by the identification of the needs of the project participant and the development or update of the Individual Action Plan project participant (Article 2 para.1 point 10a and Article 34a of the Law on the Promotion of Employment). support for young people will be based on at least three individual and comprehensive elements of the individual aid identified in the types of Operation Axis I of the OP KED.The first builds on the identification of the needs of young people and the diagnosis of opportunities for further training, including the identification of the extent to which young people are away from the labour market (i.e. profiling the assistance profile and the preparation of an individual Action Plan) and the implementation of employment or vocational guidance (the second element of assistance).The Individual Action Plan and job matching or career counselling will be mandatory. the third assistance component (services and labour market instruments included in the Employment Promotion Act) will be selected according to the needs and capacities of the persons to whom it will be supported. support in the project will be provided in accordance with the standards laid down in the Youth Guarantee Plan in Poland.Within 4 months, the project will provide a high quality offer of employment, continued education, an apprenticeship or a traineeship or other form of assistance leading to activation.In the case of persons up to the age of 25, the support will be provided within 4 months of the date of registration with the employment office and, for persons aged over 25, within 4 months from the date of accession to the project. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ostrowieckim. Udzielenie wsparcia w ramach projektu każdorazowo poprzedzone będzie identyfikacją potrzeb uczestnika projektu oraz opracowaniem lub aktualizacją dla każdego uczestnika projektu Indywidualnego Planu Działania (art. 2 ust. 1 pkt 10a i art. 34a ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia).Wsparcie osób młodych opierać się będzie na co najmniej trzech elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy wskazanych w typach operacji w ramach Osi I PO WER. Pierwszy element pomocy- identyfikacja potrzeb osób młodych oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy osób młodych (czyli ustalenie profilu pomocy i przygotowanie Inywidualnego Planu Działania) oraz realizacji pośrednictwa pracy lub poradnictwa zawodowego (drugi element pomocy). Przy czym Indywidualny Planu Działania oraz pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe będzie obligatoryjne.Trzeci element pomocy (usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy zawarte w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia) wybierany będzie w zależności od potrzeb i możliwości osób, którym udzielane będzie wsparcie.Wsparcie w projekcie udzielane będzie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planie realizacji Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce. W ciągu 4 miesięcy osobom młodym w projekcie zostanie zapewniona wysokiej jakości oferta zatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu lub stażu lub inna forma pomocy prowadząca do aktywizacji zawodowej. W przypadku osób do 25 roku życia wsparcie udzielone będzie w ciągu 4 miesięcy od dnia rejestracji w urzędzie pracy, natomiast w odniesieniu do osób powyżej 25 roku życia - w ciagu 4 miesięcy od dnia przystąpienia do projektu.
