The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people up to the age of 29 in the district of castration.The main result of the project will be the start of the work of the 50 unemployed registered in the PLO.The project will support 65 people up to the age of 29.Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of activation will be provided to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions in the form of:traineeships for 51 people, 5 intervention work, 3 occupation vouchers and 6 one-off measures for business start-ups.The group will be 13 long-term unemployed, low-skilled people, disabled.Information on the project will be included on the Authority’s notice boards and on the website http://kazimierzawielka.praca.gov.pl.Employers working with our Office will be informed about the opportunities and benefits of activating young people within the project.Participants will acquire opportunities to gain work experience, increase, acquire or supplement professional skills and qualifications, acquire practical skills at a job for a profession, raise resources for their own economic activity.The final project will result in employment przez:39% for the most vulnerable, including immigrants, returnees, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications at ISCED level 3, and the minimum employment performance criterion for other persons who do not belong to the aforementioned 54 %; (English) | |||

POWIAT KAZIMIERSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KAZIMIERZY WIELKIEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kazimierskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 50 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 65 osób do 29 roku życia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy w postaci: staży dla 51 osób, prac interwencyjnych dla 5 osób, bonów na zasiedlenie dla 3 osób oraz udzielenie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 6 osób. W grupie tej będzie 13 osób długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoba niepełnosprawna. Informacje o projekcie zostaną zamieszczone na tablicach ogłoszeń Urzędu oraz na stronie internetowej http://kazimierzawielka.praca.gov.pl. Pracodawcy współpracujący z naszym Urzędem będą informowani o możliwościach i korzyściach wynikających z aktywizacji osób młodych w ramach projektu. Uczestnicy w trakcie udziału w projekcie pozyskają możliwości zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego, podwyższenia, nabycia lub uzupełnienia umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, nabycia praktycznych umiejętności na stanowisku pracy dla danego zawodu, pozyskania środków na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Rezultatem końcowym projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez:39% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3 ;oraz minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup 54%; (Polish)
