    W ramach usług doradczych prowadzących do przygotowania modelu biznesowego internacjonalizacji zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: analiza możliwości przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności, określenie celów przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie internacjonalizacji, wskazanie rynków docelowych oraz ich uhierarchizowanie, identyfikacja potencjalnych kontrahentów, opracowanie koncepcji wejścia na rynki zagraniczne, określenie inicjatyw wspierających osiągnięcie założonych celów w zakresie internacjonalizacji, wskazanie najefektywniejszych narzędzi i metod marketingowych oraz promocyjnych, przygotowanie rekomendacji w zakresie reorganizacji przedsiębiorstwa i przygotowania go do działalności eksportowej, wytypowanie możliwych źródeł zewnętrznego finansowania działalności eksportowej, opracowanie strategii zarządzania ryzykiem eksportowym, przeprowadzenie kalkulacji opłacalności wdrożenia zaproponowanego modelu biznesowego, przygotowanie wstępnego harmonogramu i kosztorysu wdrożenia zaproponowanego modelu biznesowego, określenie celów szczegółowych obrazujących postęp wdrażania modelu biznesowego, sposobu ich pomiaru oraz odpowiedzialności realizacyjnej tych celów. Wszystkie wskazane wyżej działania będą służyły opracowaniu szczegółowego i zindywidualizowanego modelu biznesowego internacjonalizacji. (Polish)
