The material scope of this project provides for the purchase of advisory services for the development of a new business model linked to the internationalisation of OPTeam’s activities in the area of sales of the specialised IT system for the comprehensive management of construction projects.The final result will be to provide the company with a comprehensive export development strategy for the system to manage construction projects in recommended foreign markets.The results of the analyses and tests carried out on the foreign markets will include, inter alia, an indication of the undertaking’s competitive position, the identification of potential target markets and their prioritisation, the development of an entry into the foreign market, the identification of the most efficient tools and methods for marketing and promotion, the search for the most effective international trade fairs and the identification of the possibility of obtaining external financing of export activities.     Zakres rzeczowy niniejszego projektu przewiduje zakup usług doradczych mających na celu opracowanie nowego modelu biznesowego związanego z Internacjonalizacja działalności spółki OPTeam w obszarze sprzedaży specjalistycznego systemu informatycznego do kompleksowego zarzadzania projektami budowlanymi. Efektem końcowym będzie dostarczenie spółce kompleksowej strategii rozwoju eksportu dla systemu do zarządzania projektami budowlanymi na rekomendowanych rynkach zagranicznych.Z założenia w ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu, wykonawca zobligowany zostanie do dokonania analizy potencjału przedsiębiorstwa oraz do przeprowadzenia kompleksowej analizy zagranicznych rynków zbytu pod kątem możliwości inicjacji działalności eksportowej dla systemów informatycznych wspomagających zarządzanie projektami budowlanymi. Efektem przeprowadzonych analiz i badań rynków zagranicznych będzie m.in. wskazanie pozycji konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstwa, wskazanie potencjalnych rynków docelowych oraz ich uhierarchizowanie, opracowanie koncepcji wejścia na rynek zagraniczny, wskazanie najefektywniejszych narzędzi i metod marketingowych i promocyjnych, wyszukanie najbardziej efektywnych międzynarodowych branżowych imprez targowych oraz wskazanie możliwości pozyskania źródeł zewnętrznego finansowania działalności eksportowej.
