The scope of the project consists of infrastructure works relating to the rehabilitation of railway line No 52 from km -0,151 (Levins junction signal box) to km 26,261 (Hajnówka station) with a length of 26.412 km.The section in question has the status of local authority.The section of line 52 covered by the Project is one of one.The project is intended to restore the railway line to traffic for technical needs and to perform replacement works for disused traveller facilities and to adapt infrastructure elements to the needs of persons with reduced mobility.The project will carry out construction works consisting, inter alia, of:A comprehensive upgrade of the power systems and equipment to 1 kV on the section of the railway line in question, which will allow the construction of modern equipment and control systems for the rehabilitation of the line, the maintenance of parts of engineering structures located on the section analysed and, in some cases, the construction of new facilities, the construction of 3 platforms at new locations including the reaching, demolition of old and re-construction of 4 new platforms and the elimination of 2 platforms including the levelling of the site, and the works on level crossings related, inter alia, to the construction of a category A system.B or C, construction of a new crossing surface, levelling of the terrain, felling of trees, and marking, — the installation of the semi-automatic block block interlocking with two-way tone, installation of warning discs including the cabling, construction of track gauge, replacement of turnouts, assembly of new turnouts, installation of radio equipment and lines, installation of new junctions for communication and transmission, interchange of radio-communication, assembly or replacement of megaphones, clocks and signboards. Zakres Projektu obejmuje Prace infrastrukturalne polegające na rehabilitacji linii kolejowej nr 52 na odcinku od km -0,151 (posterunek odgałęźny Lewki) do km 26,261 (stacja Hajnówka) o długości 26,412 km. Analizowany odcinek posiada status linii znaczenia lokalnego. Odcinek linii nr 52 objęty Projektem jest jednotorowy. Projekt zakłada przywrócenie linii kolejowej do ruchu dla potrzeb techniczno – ruchowych oraz wykonanie prac o charakterze odtworzeniowym dla nieeksploatowanych obiektów obsługi podróżnych i dostosowanie elementów infrastruktury do potrzeb osób o ograniczonej możliwości ruchowej. W ramach Projektu zostaną wykonane roboty budowlane polegające m.in. na: - kompleksowej modernizacji systemów i urządzeń elektroenergetyki do 1 kV na przedmiotowym odcinku linii kolejowej, co pozwoli na zabudowę nowoczesnych urządzeń i systemów sterowania na rehabilitowanej linii, - pracach konserwacyjnych na części obiektów inżynieryjnych zlokalizowanych na analizowanym odcinku, a w niektórych przypadkach rozbiórkę i budowę nowych obiektów, - budowie 3 peronów w nowych lokalizacjach wraz z dojściem, rozbiórkę starych i ponowną zabudowę 4 nowych peronów oraz likwidację 2 peronów wraz z niwelacją terenu, - pracach na przejazdach kolejowych związanych m.in. z zabudową systemu srk kat. B lub C, zabudową nowej nawierzchni przejazdowej, niwelacją terenu, wycinką drzew, uzupełnieniem oznakowania, - instalacji półsamoczynnej blokady liniowej jednoodstępowej dwukierunkowej, instalacji tarcz ostrzegawczych wraz z okablowaniem, zabudowy systemu kontroli niezajętości szlaku, instalacji wskaźników przytorowych, - odbudowie nawierzchni torowej, wymianie rozjazdów, montażu nowych rozjazdów, - odtworzeniu urządzeń i linii teletechnicznej, ułożeniu na całej długości linii kabla do celów łączności i transmisji, wymianie central radiołączności, montażu lub wymianie megafonów, zegarów i tablic informacyjnych.
