Przedsięwzięcie zlokalizowane jest na terenie woj.podl powiatu białostockiego gminy Wasilków i Supraśl od Białegostoku przez Nowodworce, Ogrodniczki, Krasne i Supraśl. Obejmuje bud. i rozbud. DW 676 wraz z drog obiektami inż. i niezbędną infrastr. tech. na odc Białystok-Supraśl wraz z obejściem m. Ogrodniczki i Krasne (estakada) o dł. ok. 9,75 km. Początek w km 10+195 istniejącej drogi a koniec ma w km ok. 19+939 (dowiązanie do zrealizowanej w latach 2013-14 przeb.DW Nr 676 w m. Supraśl budowa ronda). Zakres: - rozbud. drogi do 2 jezdni (2x7,00m (2x3,5m) i pas rozdziału min. 4,0m na dł 2605m na odc. od km 10+195 do km ok. 12+800) i dalej 1 pas z poszerzeniem nawierzchni do 7,0 na odc od km 12+800 do końca opracowania wraz z podniesieniem nośności do 115kN – bud. obwodnic m. Ogrodniczki i m. Krasne(estakada) - umocnienie poboczy dla klasy G – bud. drog. obiektów inż. - korektę nienormatywnych łuków poz. i pion. – bud. lub przebud. zatok autobus. – bud. chodników jedno lub dwustronnych w terenie zabudowanym, - rozbud. istniejącego i bud. nowego systemu odwodnienia korpusu drog. wraz z odprowadzeniem wody poza pas drog. – bud. zjazdów indywidualnych i publicznych, - rozbud. skrzyżowań z dr. innej kategorii, - bud. zatoki do ważenia pojazdów - przebud. zatok postojowych w m. Supraśl. Efekt Projektu: wybudowanie nowych dróg woj. o dł. ok. 2,51 km oraz przebud. dróg woj. o ok. 7,24 km, oszczędności czasu w przewozach po roku 2019 wyniesie ok. 31% kosztów zaś nośność odc. wzrośnie do 115 kN/oś.
