Cel gł. Projektu to aktywizacja zawodowa i zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 24 K i M biernych zawodowo, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku15-29 lat,które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu-tzw.młodzież NEET zamieszkujących woj. małopolskie na terenach wiejskich położonych poza ZIT [zg. z KC]do końca XII.2018r. W ramach projektu zapewnione będzie indywidualne i kompleksowe wsparcie w postaci aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej. Projekt zakłada: -Diagnozę potrzeb, IPD i pośrednictwo pracy dla 24 Uczestników PR, -Wsparcie Psychologiczne dla 10UP, Doradztwo Zawodowe dla 12UP,Coaching dla 7UP oraz Doradztwo Grupowe dla 12UP -Pracę metodą trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego (TZW) dla 10UP -Szkolenia/kursy zawodowe umożliwiające uzyskanie kwalifikacji( kwalif. uzyska min. 30%UP) lub/i kompetencji [wg potrzeb Pracodawców i predyspozycji UP]dla 10UP -Staże dla 16UP Realizow.wsparcie dla UP będzie odp. na potrzeby region.RP i wpłynie na aktywiz.zaw.24UP,popr.syt.na r.pracy oraz zwiększ.szans na zatrudn. Zg.z oczek. NEET nacisk położony na indywidualizację wsparcia, zastosowanie szerszego wachlarza instrumentów wobec każdego UP zwiększy skuteczność wsparcia i przyczyni się do zwiększenia atrakcyjności zawodowej osób młodych. Każde działanie w ramach PR prowadzi do zatrudnienia.
