Cel:Celem głównym projektu są wyższe możliwości zatrudnieniowe 100 osób (60 K i 40 M) uczestniczących w projekcie, uzyskane poprzez ich udział w indywidualnych programach aktywizacji zawodowej, realizowanych w okresie trwania projektu, tj. 01.09.2019 - 30.06.2020 r.Grupa docelowa:Uczestnikami projektu są wyłącznie młode osoby fizyczne, zamieszkujące na obszarze województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego), w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15-29 lat. Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób biernych zawodowo, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020 (z wyłączeniem osób należących do grupy docelowej określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1 SZOOP PO WER 2014-2020). Projekt przewiduje objęcie wsparciem 100 osób (60 K i 40 M), w tym co najmniej 50% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i 30% osób zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego) miasta średnie, w tym miasta tracące funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze (zgodnie z Zał. 15 RK). Liczebność i specyfika grypy docelowej uwzględniają potencjał finansowy i organizacyjny wnioskodawcy. Projekt zapewnia możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom projektów z zakresu włączenia społecznego realizowanych w ramach celu tematycznego 9 w RPO.Rezultaty:- Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 80%;- minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby zniepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) - 42%;Zadania:1.
