(hereinafter ‘IZOMET’) consisting of an analysis of activities in terms of capacity and design requirements, which will include, inter alia:a) an analysis of the design of the product offer, business model, technology, organisational structure, communication processes, marketing strategy, definition and characteristics of customers and competition and key in the context of the procurer of industry trends, (b) an analysis of the contracting authority’s management needs;analysis of the tender with regard to the design and market power of Zamaw.Implementation period:60 days rob.2.Drawing up a design strategy in the form of a report of an audit on the basis of, as a minimum, the following:(a) general pattern.A contracting authority providing an analysis of the design of products, technologies, organisational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy;(b) a general description of the exposition environment of the contracting entity containing at least information on the composition of the customers, a description of the main competitors (c) a description of market trends, a definition of key trends in the context of the Contracting Authority of industry, social and technology trends with a high potential for impact on the contracting authority (d) an assessment of the level of use of design in the forester.The contracting authority and its capacity in that respect;(e) defining design problems in the front.The contracting authority (which may concern both the product and other business processes within the company);(f) options for addressing design problems in the front.The contracting authority;recommend further specific actions for the pros.Contracting authority20 days rob.Experts for:A.
