The project involves the creation of an innovative ‘Tamat’ tool in the country to recruit and recruit in the labour market.The recruitment takes place from the level of access to an integrated database of potentially excellent students, which are verified by universities where they are studying and psychometric tools, which are functionally identical to those of SAAS, making the use of the tool dependent on the type of use and the type of subscription.The service is provided automatically using the ICT access channels.The calculation process is in the background except the need for active customer engagement at each stage of the recruitment process.The tool proposed by our company significantly reduces the costs of acquiring new staff compared to the methods used by the HR departments of the majority of companies, corporations and organisations.The project office is located in Rzeszów, but the service model based on the use of ICT makes it possible to attract customers and start selling outside the territorial barriers.In view of the development of the firm, large firms and corporations generate significant costs in their recruitment activities.The objective novelty of our idea on the national market for the HR industry is to implement in the panel “Tamat” elements of psychometric analysis.In this way, the talent database will be independently verified, i.e.2-phased:1) by universities and their own scholarship systems for the best students 2) by psychometric analyses, providing (to the time not yet available) very high probability of success in recruiting and attracting talent that can best meet employers’ expectations and requirements.     Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje utworzenie innowacyjnego w skali kraju narzędzia „TAMT” do rekrutacji i pozyskiwania talentów na rynku pracy. Rekrutacja odbywa się z poziomu dostępu do zintegrowanej bazy danych potencjalnie najlepszych studentów, zweryfikowanych przez uczelnie wyższe, na których studiują i narzędzia psychometryczne Funkcjonalnie pomysł wpisuje się w model świadczenia usług typu Saas, uzależniając dostępność użytkową narzędzia od formy korzystania i rodzaju abonamentu. Usługa każdorazowo świadczona jest automatycznie, z wykorzystaniem kanałów dostępu ICT. Proces obliczeniowy odbywa się w tle z wyłączeniem konieczności aktywnego zaangażowania klienta na każdym etapie procesu rekrutacji. Proponowane przez naszą spółkę narzędzie w znaczący sposób redukuje koszty pozyskania nowych pracowników w stosunku do metod, stosowanych przez działy HR większości firm, korporacji i organizacji. Biuro projektu adres znajdują się w Rzeszowie, niemniej model świadczenia usług, oparty na wykorzystaniu technologii ICT umożliwia pozyskanie klientów i rozpoczęcie sprzedaży z pominięciem barier terytorialnych. W perspektywie rozwoju firmy najbardziej chłonnym rynkiem staną się duże firmy i korporacje, które w działalności rekrutacyjnej generują istotnie wysokie koszty. Obiektywną nowością naszego pomysłu na rynku krajowym branży HR jest zaimplementowanie do panelu „TAMT” elementów analizy psychometrycznej. W ten sposób baza talentów będzie weryfikowana w sposób niezależny, tj. 2-etapowo: 1) przez uczelnie wyższe i ich własne systemy stypendialne dla najlepszych studentów 2) przez analizy psychometryczne, zapewniając (do tej pory niedostępne) bardzo wysokie prawdopodobieństwo skuteczności rekrutacji i pozyskania talentu, który najtrafniej będzie spełniać oczekiwania i wymagania pracodawców (Polish)
