The Idealist Platform project is creating a wide ecosystem of actors from the energy sector, medicine, IT in the macro-region of Eastern Poland for which one of the objectives is to support young innovative start-ups.The project leader is a science and technology park established by a group of scientists and experts supporting innovation.The design of the incubation programme shall take into account the following elements:1.Each incubated entity will implement an individual incubation programme, taking into account:a) tailor-made core and specialised services, including access to adequate experts and mentors;(b) use of start-up development methodology, for example:Curomer Development, Lean Startup, Design Thinking;continuous support and supervision of Managera Inmug;the arrangements for cooperation with the Inmuting Manager (communication channels, frequency of meetings, etc.);(e) a system to monitor progress during the incubation process, (f) the incubation schedule based on the ‘milestones’ 1 and the mechanisms for the qualitative verification of their achievement;the conditions for interrupting the incubation process in the absence of progress in the incubation process;the identified incubation risks and actions/measures to mitigate them.The provision for a mechanism to ensure high quality incubation services, including outside the partnership.It also includes stakeholders who are interested in investing in the jobs created and incubated after the support period provided by OP PW — np Pekao S.A., Rubicon Partners, Asceco.The participation of four universities and large and medium-sized enterprises in the above sectors is also an asset for the platform. Projekt Platforma Startowa Idealist tworzy szeroki ekosystem podmiotów z branż energetyki, medycyny, IT w makroregionie Polski Wschodniej dla których jednym z celów jest wspieranie młodych innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw - startupów. Liderem projektu jest spółka Park Naukowo Technologiczny Energii powołana przez grupę naukowców i ekspertów wspierających innowacyjność. Zaplanowana do realizacji koncepcja programu inkubacji uwzględnia następujące elementy: 1. Każdy inkubowany podmiot będzie realizować indywidualny program inkubacji, uwzględniający: a) dopasowane do indywidualnych potrzeb inkubowanego podmiotu usługi podstawowe oraz specjalistyczne, w tym dostęp do adekwatnych ekspertów oraz mentorów; b) wykorzystanie metodologii rozwoju startupów, np. Customer Development, Lean Startup, Design Thinking; c) stałe wsparcie i nadzór Managera Inkubacji; d) sposób współpracy z Managerem Inkubacji (kanały komunikacji, częstotliwość spotkań, etc.); e) system monitorowania postępów w trakcie procesu inkubacji, f) harmonogram inkubacji oparty o „kamienie milowe”1 oraz mechanizmy jakościowej weryfikacji ich osiągania; g) warunki przerwania procesu inkubacji w przypadku braku postępów w jego realizacji; h) zidentyfikowane ryzyka procesu inkubacji oraz działania / środki mające na celu ich zniwelowanie. Przewidziany mechanizm zapewnienia wysokiej jakości usługi inkubacji, w tym również poza partnerstwem. W ramach stworzonego ekosytemu znajdują się również podmioty które zainteresowane są inwestowaniem w stworzone i wyinkubowane startupy po okresie wsparcia przez PO PW - np Pekao S.A., Rubicon Partners, Assceco. Atutem platformy jest również udział czterech uczelni wyższych oraz dużych i średnich przedsiębiorstw ze wskazanych powyżej branż. (Polish)
