As part of the implementation of this project, an audit of the activities of F.P.H.U. “POLA”, Jan Krzyzeszczak, will be carried out in terms of the design’s potential and needs, resulting in a design strategy.The scope of the audit and the design of the audit, including:the description and detail of the activities, the number of days allocated to each activity and the person (s) on the Contractor’s part (s) are described in detail in the contract with the Contractor out of 4.10.2016, and in particular in Annex 1 to the contract.On the basis of the audit carried out, a design strategy will be developed with the following elements:1.Overall company characteristics containing a company’s design analysis of products, technology, organisational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy — duration: 13 days 2.General description of the design environment for design for design containing at least information on customer characteristics, description of the main competitors, description of market trends — duration:10 days 3.Identification of key trends in industry, social and technology trends with a significant potential for impact on the market — duration: 45 days 4.Assessment of the use of design in the firm and its potential within this span — duration: 8 days 5.Definition of design problems in the firm (product, processes, etc) -duration: 8 days 6.Recommendations for further specific action to be taken for the company: 10 days deadline for implementation of the audit and development of the strategy:1.02.17-16.06.17 Period of implementation of the project:1.02.17-30.06.17 (timing of audit and preparation of the strategy, procedures for receipt, preparation of final payment request and financial settlement according to the rules of procedure and competition manual).The experts responsible for conducting an audit audit will be:Magdalena Sobczak, Jacek Lipski, Jarosław Bielecki, Prof. Dr. hab.Ewa Solska.     W ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu zostanie przeprowadzony audyt wzorniczy będący analizą działalności F.P.H.U. ,,POLA” Jan Krzyszczak pod względem potencjału i potrzeb wzorniczych, której wynikiem będzie strategia wzornicza. Zakres audytu i strategii wzorniczej, obejmujący: opis i uszczegółowienie działań, ilość dni przeznaczona na poszczególne działania oraz osoby (eksperci) ze strony Wykonawcy zostały szczegółowo opisane w umowie z Wykonawcą z dn 4.10.2016, a w szczególności w załączniku 1 do umowy. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu wzorniczego opracowana zostanie strategia wzornicza zawierająca następujące elementy: 1.Ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej–czas trwania:13 dni 2.Ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, opis trendów rynkowych–czas trwania: 10 dni 3.Określenie kluczowych w kontekście beneficjenta trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek – czas trwania:45 dni 4.Ocena poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie–czas trwania:8 dni 5.Zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie (produkt, procesy itp)-czas trwania:8 dni 6.Rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy–czas trwania:10 dni Termin realizacji audytu i oprac. strategii: 1.02.17-16.06.17 Termin realizacji projektu: 1.02.17–30.06.17( termin uwzględnia przeprowadzenie audytu i przygotowanie strategii, procedury związane z odbiorem, przygotowanie końcowego wniosku o płatność oraz rozliczenie finansowe zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu i instrukcją konkursową). Ekspertami odpowiedzialnymi ze strony wykonawcy za przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego będą: Magdalena Sobczak-Solarska, Jacek Lipski, Jarosław Bielecki, Prof. dr hab. Ewa Solarska. (Polish)
