The aim of the project is to provide funding for the human resources of the Office for Electronic Communications — the Institution identified in the Digital Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020 and the Detailed Description of Priority Axes of the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020 to act as specialised institutions in digitisation.The provision of adequate resources is essential for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the Tripartite Agreement on the implementation, by the Office of Electronic Communications, of certain tasks relating to the implementation of priority axis 1 of the General Programme for Universal Access to the Rapid Internet of the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020, concluded on 3 June 2015 between the Minister for Infrastructure and Development, the Centre for Digital Projects and the Control Centre for Electronic Communications.The project will finance the salaries of employees with a job, including:(a) task-based additives — PLN 149 310,72;(b) remuneration for a contract of employment in the Office of the UKE with prizes — PLN 446 887,08;wages for the contract of employment in the Delegation of the UKE with prizes — PLN 1 182 186,67;additional annual remuneration (CPD) in the Headquarters and offices of the UKE on salaries and mission supplements paid in 2016 — PLN 151 203,81. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie środków na finansowanie zasobów ludzkich Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej - instytucji wskazanej w Programie Operacyjnym Polska Cyfrowa na lata 2014-2020 i Szczegółowym opisie osi priorytetowych Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa na lata 2014-2020 do pełnienia roli instytucji o charakterze specjalistycznym w zakresie cyfryzacji. Zapewnienie odpowiednich zasobów jest niezbędne do prawidłowego wykonania obowiązków wynikających z Porozumienia Trójstronnego w sprawie realizacji przez Urząd Komuniakcji Elektronicznej niektórych zadań związanych z realizacją I osi priorytetowej Powszechny dostęp do szybkiego internetu Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa na 2014-2020, zawartego w dniu 3 czerwca 2015 r. pomiędzy Ministrem Infrastruktury i Rozwoju, Centrum Projektów Polska Cyfrowa i Urzedem Komunikacji Elektronicznej. W ramach projektu finansowane będę wynagrodzenia osób zatrudnionych o umowe o pracę w tym: a) dodatki zadaniowe - 149 310,72 zł; b) wynagrodzenia na umowę o pracę w Centrali UKE wraz z nagrodami - 446 887,08 zł; c) wynagrodzenia na umowę o pracę w Delegaturach UKE wraz z nagrodami - 1 182 186,67 zł; d) Dodatkowe wynagrodzenie roczne (DWR) w Centrali i Delegaturach UKE od wynagrodzeń i dodatków zadaniowych wypłaconych w 2016 r. - 151 203,81 zł.
