Celem projektu jest zapewnienie warunków gwarantujących sprawne i efektywne działanie IZ POPC, umożliwienie podnoszenia kwalifikacji przez pracowników IZ POPC oraz wsparcie procesów realizacji POPC. Projekt obejmuje zadania w postaci: a) podnoszenia kwalifikacji pracowników Instytucji Zarządzającej POPC; b) wsparcia eksperckiego i prawnego na potrzeby realizacji zadań Instytucji Zarządzającej POPC, w tym: przygotowania analiz, ekspertyz, ocen, sprawozdań oraz finansowania pomocy ekspertów. c) wsparcia procesów realizacji POPC w zakresie zadań Instytucji Zarządzającej, w tym: kontroli, audytu, wykrywania nieprawidłowości, monitorowania oraz finansowania kosztów organizacyjnych, w tym: organizacji spotkań, konferencji, komitetów monitorujących, grup roboczych i zespołów, delegacji, tłumaczeń.
