The aim of the project is to provide the Office with the necessary technical and training resources to properly perform the functions of specialised institutions within the framework of the Operational Programme Digital Poland.The project involves the purchase of equipment and specialised software and the implementation of training courses for Beneficiaries I of the Operational Programme for NGA networks.In order to improve the process of designating intervention areas within the framework of the POPC, it is planned to purchase equipment and specialised software, including:6 sets of supercomputing computers and 1 operating licences for ArcGIS software.These resources will be used by the Intervention Team Designation and Analysis Team.In the framework of the Regulatory Team, it is planned to hold a workshop for Beneficiaries on the basis of the practical application of the guidelines set out in the document Requirements for the NGA-POPC network attached to the competition documentation I axis of the POPC.This will require expenses relating to the logistical training, the renting of the room and the provision of information and promotion materials.Representatives of the enterprises interested in the implementation of projects under the POPC axis and representatives of the chambers of such bodies will be invited to take part in the training.In the course of the workshop, the Regulatory Team will collect the necessary information to update the document before any further competition. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie Urzędowi Komunikacji Elektronicznej, niezbędnych zasobów technicznych oraz szkoleniowych dla prawidłowego realizowania funkcji instytucji o charakterze specjalistycznym w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa. Projekt zakłada zakup sprzętu i oprogramowania specjalistycznego oraz realizację szkolenia dla Beneficjentów I osi POPC z zakresu wymagań dla sieci NGA. W celu usprawnienia procesu wyznaczania obszarów interwencji w ramach POPC planowany jest zakup sprzętu i oprogramowania specjalistycznego obejmujący: 6 zestawów komputerów o dużej mocy obliczeniowej oraz 1 licencji pływającej na oprogramowanie typu ArcGis. Zasoby te będą wykorzystywane przez Zespół ds. wyznaczania i analizy obszarów interwencji. W ramach Zespołu ds. regulacji planowane jest przeprowadzenie warsztatów dla Beneficjentów ze stosowania w praktyce wytycznych zawartych w dokumencie "Wymagania dla sieci NGA-POPC" stanowiącym załącznik do dokumentacji konkursowej I osi POPC. W tym celu niezbędne będą wydatki związane z obsługą logistyczną szkolenia, wynajęciem sali oraz zapewnieniem materiałów informacyjnych i promocyjnych. Do udziału w szkoleniu zaproszeni będą przedstawiciele przedsiębiorstw zainteresowanych realizacją projektów w ramach I osi POPC oraz przedstawiciele izb zrzeszających takie podmioty. W trakcie warsztatów Zespół ds. regulacji zbierze informacje niezbędne do aktualizacji dokumentu przed kolejnym konkursem. (Polish)
