The project will give the European market an opportunity to offer a completely new service for the reception and processing of used cartridges. Thanks to this service, the company will be the first company in Europe to reach the highest 1. the hierarchy of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (the most common European market today is the lowest in the European market.Level).As a result of its implementation, it will be possible not only to recycle and other forms of waste recovery, but also to carry out the waste disposal process of used cartridges for printers. With respect to the services of competing firms, the possibility of receiving cartridges for free (competing waste processing plants are collecting a fee; the possibility of processing the cartridge almost entirely allows the company Green Office sp. z o.o. to earn the raw materials derived from the processing of the cartridge which may give rise to the payment of the fee for the adoption of waste), — legal certainty for the handing over of waste. In the light of the new Waste Act, the entity disposing of the waste will be jointly liable for the waste with the host entity, if it fails to do so, does not have the required consents, etc. (this is of particular importance in the context of obtaining customers producing the cartridges that are subject to the legal obligation to reach the waste collection rate of 65 % of the previous year by 2021);The possibility to process almost all of the waste and to sell it as raw material for re-use (including in particular plastics PS, EPP, PET, PC, PE, ABS, POM, POM, which represents approximately 50 % of the weight of the cartridge — currently not processed but simply incinerated or stored) is capable of processing up to an average of 83 % of the adopted mass of waste, which is an increase of 3,5-5 % compared to the current average in the European fish.
