Projekt przewiduje finansowanie kosztów zatrudnienia (tylko umowy o pracę) pracowników zaangażowanych w zadania MIiB jako instytucji kluczowej, w szczególności wynagrodzenia zasadniczego, kwalifikowanych typów dodatków i nagród wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa i regulacji wewnętrznych Ministerstwa, pochodnych od wynagrodzeń.
