As a result of the project, a new and extended school building will be renovated and developed for the Teatru Elbe’s new cultural activity.The establishment of the Utopia House, which is the centre of contemporary art.It will operate in the capital of the city of Krakow, the capital of the region of Małopolskie Province, and exactly in one of the neighbourhoods of Nowa Huta.The whole of the activities that will be carried out in the Utopia House, as well as the activities already carried out in the Theatre, are contemporary art, using modern means of expression.In view of the scope and the cultural and educational provision to be implemented through the implementation of the investment, the project is part of the thematic area:“projects for the development of contemporary and/or modern art in regional cities”.The project’s work includes:reconstruction, superstructure and insulation of a building including internal electric, water and radio equipment, ventilation and air conditioning installations, reconstruction of the sewerage connection and development of the building site.The necessary equipment and equipment shall also be purchased in order to enable the operation of the Utopia House to be operational, as well as the necessary works related to the setting up of the area. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie wyremontowany i rozbudowany budynek szkolny „Nowe Skrzydło”, a także zaadaptowany na potrzeby działalności kulturalnej Teatru Łaźnia Nowa. W obiekcie powstanie Dom Utopii, będący centrum sztuki współczesnej. Prowadzić on będzie swoją działalność w Krakowie – stolicy województwa małopolskiego, a dokładnie w jednej z dzielnic – Nowej Hucie. Całość działań, która będzie realizowana w Domu Utopii, a także już teraz jest realizowana w Teatrze, to sztuka współczesna, posługująca się nowoczesnymi środkami wyrazu. Projekt, ze względu na zakres i ofertę kulturalno-edukacyjną, która zostanie wdrożona dzięki realizacji inwestycji, wpisuje się w obszar tematyczny: „projekty dotyczące rozwoju sztuki współczesnej i/lub nowoczesnej w miastach wojewódzkich”. Prace w ramach projektu obejmują: przebudowę, nadbudowę i docieplenie budynku wraz z instalacjami wewnętrznymi elektrycznymi, wod.-kan., c.o., wentylacji i klimatyzacji, przebudowę przyłącza kanalizacji oraz zagospodarowanie terenu przy budynku. Planowany jest również zakup niezbędnego sprzętu i wyposażenia, aby działalność Domu Utopii mogła zostać uruchomiona, a także niezbędne prace związane z aranżacją przestrzeni. (Polish)
