Projekt składa się z dwóch etapów: Etap I - Utworzenie wystawy stałej oraz edukacyjnego studia nagrań w Muzeum Polskiej Piosenki w Opolu. Zadania w ramach tego etapu będą wykonywane przez Muzeum Polskiej Piosenki w Opolu. Etap II - Przebudowa i modernizacja Sali Klubowej Narodowego Centrum Polskiej Piosenki w Opolu, wraz z zakupem sprzętu nagłośnieniowego. Zadania w ramach tego etapu będą wykonywane przez Narodowe Centrum Polskiej Piosenki w Opolu. Zakres rzeczowy: 1. PRACE BUDOWLANE: Suma kosztów kwalifikowalnych - 4 654 594,91 zł, koszty całkowite - 5 725 151,74 zł a. sala kameralna NCPP – infrastruktura - (roboty rozbiórkowe i budowlane, inst. elektryczna, sanitarna i kanalizacyjna, elektroakustyka i instalacja oświetleniowa) – koszty kwalifikowane na kwotę 2 436 708,82 PLN b. wystawa stała MPP – infrastruktura – (roboty budowlane wykończeniowe, grafika, kontent, instalacje i scenografia, oświetlenie, okablowanie, prace instalacyjne, programowanie, uruchomienie systemów) koszty kwalifikowane na kwotę 1 644 468,39 PLN c. studio nagrań MPP – infrastruktura – (roboty budowlane, instalacja elektryczna, klimatyzacja) - koszty kwalifikowane na kwotę – 573.417,70 PLN 2. ZAKUP SPRZĘTU I WYPOSAŻENIA– sprzęt i wyposażenie do Wystawy stałej, Sali Kameralnej, Studia nagrań – kwalifikowany na kwotę 3 095 682,91 zł, koszt całkowity – 6 190 992,10 zł (w tym VAT) Kwalifikowany sprzęt i wyposażenie stanowi 39,18 % udziału w kosztach kwalifikowanych projektu. Infrastruktura niezabytkowa stanowi 60,82 % udziału w kosztach kwalifikowanych projektu. Pozostały zakres rzeczowy został rozbity zgodnie z tym udziałem, jako służący w 60,82 % działaniom związanym z infrastrukturą a w 39,18 % jako działaniom zw. z zakupem sprzętu. 3.
