The project consists of the creation of an integrated e-platform of coherent and complementary public e-services, targeting taxpayers, tax payers, agents and notaries and bailiffs.The following IT systems will be created:1) Data Hub for the Authority;2) Portal, including e-Office mobile application and e-Office application.The main objective of the project is to provide the NRA’s customers with efficient and ergonomic tools to facilitate compliance with tax obligations and leading to a significant increase in the volume of cases handled electronically.The project will provide 5 comprehensive, free e-accounts with 4 maturity levels:the taxpayer, the payer, the agent, the bailiff and the notary, which will increase the proportion of citizens using the Internet in their contacts with the public administration.This strategic outcome of the POPC will be achieved through a substantial expansion of the catalogue of cases that can be comprehensively addressed online.In terms of architecture, it is essential to centralise the data and IT systems of the Ministry of Finance (so far) and make available to stakeholders one, integrated channel of communication, data exchange and handling of cases and tax obligations.A solution will be created to enable taxpayers to view and manage key, individual information (e.g. clearance of accounts, status of cases, etc.).The stakeholders will receive one single stop-shop communication channel.The implementation of the project will also significantly reduce the period for taxable persons to deal with their tax obligations, as well as to improve the work of the National Revenue Administration officials themselves.Electronics of new services and the improvement of the functionality and maturity of services provided by the Department of Financial Services will be improved.The project is therefore fully consistent with the POPC’s strategic objectives regarding the high availability and quality of public e-services.Also in the key area of PP’s priorities, taxes and duties are also part of the POPC’s priorities.     Projekt polega na stworzeniu zintegrowanej e-platformy spójnych i komplementarnych e-usług publicznych, skierowanych do podatników, płatników podatków, pełnomocników oraz notariuszy i komorników sądowych. Zostaną wytworzone następujące systemy IT: 1) Data Hub e-Urząd; 2) Portal, w tym aplikacja mobilna e-Urząd i aplikacja webowa e-Urząd. Głównym celem Projektu jest zapewnienie klientom KAS efektywnych i ergonomicznych e-narzędzi ułatwiających wywiązywanie się z obowiązków podatkowych i prowadzących do istotnego zwiększenia wolumenu spraw załatwianych kompleksowo drogą elektroniczną. Projekt dostarczy 5 kompleksowych, nieodpłatnych e-usług o 4 poziomie dojrzałości w formie e-kont: podatnika, płatnika, pełnomocnika, komornika i notariusza, dzięki którym zwiększy się odsetek obywateli korzystających z Internetu w kontaktach z administracją publiczną. Osiągnięcie tego strategicznego rezultatu POPC będzie możliwe dzięki istotnemu poszerzeniu katalogu spraw, możliwych do kompleksowego załatwienia online. Pod względem architektury istotą Projektu jest scentralizowanie danych i systemów IT resortu finansów (dotychczas rozproszonych) i udostępnienie interesariuszom jednego, zintegrowanego kanału komunikacji, wymiany danych oraz obsługi spraw i obowiązków podatkowych. Stworzone zostanie rozwiązanie umożliwiające podatnikom podgląd i zarządzanie kluczowymi, indywidualnymi informacjami (np. o stanie rozliczeń, statusie spraw, itp.). Interesariusze otrzymają jeden, zunifikowany kanał komunikacji tzw. one-stop-shop. Realizacja Projektu znacząco skróci także czas obsługi obowiązków podatkowych przez podatników, a także usprawni pracę samych urzędników KAS. Nastąpi elektronizacja nowych usług oraz poprawa funkcjonalności i stopnia e-dojrzałości świadczonych przez resort finansów usług. Projekt jest zatem w pełni spójny z celami strategicznymi POPC w zakresie wysokiej dostępności i jakości e-usług publicznych. Wpisuje się także w kluczowy obszar priorytetów POPC - podatki i cła.
