Reference number_programme:___ SA.51903 (2018/X) _Public service: _art.26 KONSORCJUM is a joint venture between higher education establishments and scientific bodies operating in Poland, which have research infrastructures, scientific potential and experience to enable the testing of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and advanced equipment and systems:military, aviation, maritime, telecommunications, electronic communications, electricity, universal use and lightning purposes.The main objective of the KONSORCJUM EMC-LabNet is to complete and expand the consortium of consortium members and to create a network and unique network of EMC laboratories at national and European level to support advanced research, development work and certification research, to improve the functioning and competitiveness of the Polish economy, increase the security of the state, protect the environment, people and technical equipment against electromagnetic radiation. construction of the research base and the consolidation and specialisation of EMC environments and laboratories, aims at:— creating a network of laboratories unique in the country, focusing funding on the development of unique research infrastructures in order to be able to test specialised and innovative electronic devices at the stage of developing their prototypes and/or certification of finished products, as well as the generation of electromagnetic disturbances (including the simulation of lightning) and assessing the effectiveness of the safeguards developed, protecting devices and systems against such phenomena and before any unintended release of information.THIS IS THE CASE.When planning the modernisation of the R & D apparatus, the competences and development plans of the various consortium members and the demand of industry in the different regions are taken into account. Numer_referencyjny_programu pomocowego: _________ SA.51903 (2018/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej:_art. 26 KONSORCJUM jest wspólnym przedsięwzięciem jednostek wyższych uczelni i jednostki naukowobadawczej działających na terenie Polski, które dysponują infrastrukturą badawczą, potencjałem naukowym i doświadczeniem, umożliwiającym badaniach kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej (EMC)i zaawansowanych urządzeń i systemów: wojskowych, lotniczych, morskich, telekomunikacyjnych, teleinformatycznych, elektroenergetycznych, powszechnego użytku i odgromowych.Głównym celem KONSORCJUM EMC-LabNet jest uzupełnienie i rozbudowa infrastruktury badawczej konsorcjantów i utworzenie strategicznej i unikatowej w skali kraju i Unii Europejskiej sieci wyspecjalizowanych laboratoriów EMC, stanowiących komplementarne i kluczowe zaplecze dla zaawansowanych badań naukowych, prac rozwojowych i badań certyfikacyjnych, prowadzonych na rzecz poprawy funkcjonowania i konkurencyjności polskiej gospodarki, zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa państwa, ochrony środowiska naturalnego, ludzi i urządzeń technicznych przed promieniowaniem elektromagnetycznym.Rozbudowa bazy badawczej oraz konsolidacja i specjalizacja środowisk i laboratoriów EMC, ma na celu: - utworzenie unikatowej w skali kraju sieci laboratoriów, - właściwe ukierunkowanie środków finansowych na rozwój unikatowej infrastruktury badawczej,aby było możliwe testowanie specjalistycznych i innowacyjnych urządzeń elektronicznych na etapie opracowywania ich prototypów lub certyfikacji gotowych produktów, a także wytwarzanie zaburzeń elektromagnetycznych (m.in. symulowanie wyładowań atmosferycznych) i ocenianie skuteczności opracowanych zabezpieczeń, chroniących urządzenia i systemy przed takimi zjawiskami oraz przed niezamierzonym ulotem informacji. . Planując zakres modernizacji aparatury B+R uwzględniono kompetencje i plany rozwoju poszczególnych konsorcjantów oraz zgłaszane zapotrzebowania przemysłu w poszczególnych regionach (Polish)
