SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LThe EU, L 187/1 of 26.06.2014, provides the basis for the feeding of cattle, both milk and meat, to cattle.Their quality has a significant impact on the productive effects of livestock farming.The literature review shows that the predominant technology for the preparation of such feeds is the production of silage.In Western European countries, the proportion of silage in the feed balance of ruminants is 80-90 % and hay 1020 %.In Poland, also in recent years there has been a clear increase in the interest in foraging grass.The current form of preservation of fodder from grassland is now a popular form of conservation of fodder in cylindrical bales wrapped.The project concerns the development of products used to manufacture them, which are equipped with systems to monitor and influence the formation of bales, in order to improve the quality of silage produced, and to increase the efficiency and ergonomics of the machine’s work.The design of the machinery will be equipped with:The system governing the dosage of additives depending on the intensity of the given stream of material, its moisture and type, and on atmospheric conditions;— optical sensors enabling the operator to take effective action over the rooms and adapt the working parameters of the press in order to obtain a uniform and regular density of bales;A set of sensors monitoring the degree of foulbrood in the enclosure;— the electronic weighing system, which will permit the extraction of solid bales regardless of the moisture content of the harvested plant mass;A GPS system to determine the location of the machine in the field;location data and information from the systems can be used to create digital maps of the wealth of precision agriculture used in precision agriculture.     SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) Pasze objętościowe stanowią podstawę w żywieniu bydła, zarówno mlecznego, jak i mięsnego. Ich jakość ma istotny wpływ na efekty produkcyjne hodowli. Z przeglądu literatury wynika, że dominującą technologią przygotowywania takich pasz jest produkcja kiszonek. W krajach Europy Zachodniej udział kiszonek w bilansie paszowym przeżuwaczy wynosi 80-90%, natomiast siana 10 - 20%. Także w Polsce w ostatnich latach obserwuje się wyraźny wzrost zainteresowania zakiszaniem traw podsuszonych. Obecnie popularną formą konserwacji pasz pochodzących z użytków zielonych jest zakiszanie ich w cylindrycznych belach owiniętych folią. Projekt dotyczy opracowania stosowanych do ich produkcji prasy rolującej i prasoowijarki wyposażonych w układy umożliwiające monitorowanie procesu tworzenia bel i wpływanie na jego przebieg, tak by poprawić jakość uzyskiwanej sianokiszonki oraz zwiększyć efektywność i ergonomię pracy maszyny. Projektowana maszyna wyposażona będzie w: - układ regulujący dawkowanie dodatków zakiszających w zależności od intensywności podawanego strumienia materiału, jego wilgotności i rodzaju oraz od warunków atmosferycznych; - czujniki optyczne umożliwiające operatorowi skuteczne naprowadzanie nad pokos i dostosowanie parametrów pracy prasy, by uzyskiwać równomierną i stałą gęstość bel; - zestaw czujników monitorujący stopień zgniotu beli w komorze; - elektroniczny system wagowy, co pozwoli na uzyskiwanie bel o stałym ciężarze, niezależnie od wilgotności zbieranej masy roślinnej; - system GPS określający lokalizację maszyny na polu; dane o lokalizacji oraz informacje z układów będą mogły być wykorzystane do utworzenia map cyfrowych o zasobności pola (łąki) stosowanych w rolnictwie precyzyjnym.
