The project involves carrying out industrial research and development work on the development of innovative materials and construction solutions for overhead power lines with increased energy efficiency.Cable structures are dedicated to 110 kV high voltage distribution lines.The established improvement in energy efficiency will be achieved by reducing the resultant resistance of the duct and thereby reducing the loss of transmission losses.The objective will be achieved by optimising the structure of the tube with profile printing based on the newly developed aluminium grade series 1000, the unique design and surface treatment technology.The results of the project are the national and foreign Distribution System Operators (DSOs) of electricity who are planning a wide range of 110 kV WN distribution lines in the coming years.The results of the project follow the implementation of European energy efficiency policy (EU 2006/32/EC). Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie badań naukowych przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych dotyczących opracowania innowacyjnych rozwiązań materiałowo-konstrukcyjnych napowietrznych przewodów elektroenergetycznych o podwyższonej efektywności energetycznej. Konstrukcje przewodów dedykowane są do linii dystrybucyjnych Wysokiego Napięcia o napięciu 110 kV. Założona poprawa efektywności energetycznej zostanie osiągnięta poprzez zmniejszenie rezystancji przewodu, co w konsekwencji pozwoli na obniżenie strat przesyłowych. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w wyniku optymalizacji konstrukcji przewodu z drutami profilowymi w oparciu o nowoopracowany gatunek aluminium serii 1000, unikatową konstrukcję oraz technologię obróbki powierzchni. Wyniki projektu dedykowane są krajowym i zagranicznym Operatorom Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (OSD) energii elektrycznej, którzy w najbliższych latach planują szeroki zakres modernizacji linii dystrybucyjnych WN o napięciu 110 kV. Rezultaty projektu wpisują się realizację polityki europejskiej w zakresie zwiększania efektywności energetycznej (UE 2006/32/WE). (Polish)
