Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project concerns the development of a system for the construction and fitting of body bodies.The technologies used for pressing large aluminium profiles and for the development of systemic factors will make it possible to place on the market a completely new product in the form of a fire brigade made from aluminium panels.The expected results of the project will be a breakthrough not only in the market of special bodies but also on the market for trailers and semi-trailers for building elements with aluminium elements.The solution proposed in the draft would eliminate the current problems such as:limited possibilities for the recycling of bodies of plastic bodies, the harmful effects of substances used in their manufacturing process and the length of the production cycle, as well as nuisances associated with the combinations of components.In the proposed solution, the mounting panels will be combined by specially designed and dedicated to the shape of the fittings for plastic processing.There is currently no solution in the world where extruded aluminium panels (especially of the 5-xxx series alloys) with a width of 600 mm are used for bodywork construction.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt dotyczy opracowania systemu budowy i montażu nadwozi pojazdów specjalistycznych. Zastosowane technologie wyciskania szerokich profili aluminiowych oraz kształtowania łączników systemowych pozwolą wprowadzić na rynek całkowicie nowy produkt w postaci zabudowy pojazdu strażackiego wykonanej z paneli aluminiowych. Oczekiwane wyniki projektu będą stanowiły przełom nie tylko na rynku nadwozi specjalnych ale również na rynku przyczep i naczep obejmującym zabudowy z elementów aluminiowych. Zaproponowane w projekcie rozwiązanie eliminuje występujące obecnie problemy, takie jak: ograniczona możliwości recyklingu elementów nadwozi z tworzyw sztucznych, szkodliwość substancji stosowanych w ich procesie wytwórczym oraz długość cyklu produkcyjnego, a także uciążliwości związane z procesami łączenia elementów. W proponowanym rozwiązaniu panele montażowe łączone będą za pomocą specjalnie opracowanych i dedykowanych do kształtu paneli łączników wykonanych technologią obróbki plastycznej. Na świecie nie ma aktualnie takiego rozwiązania, w którym wyciskane panele aluminiowe (zwłaszcza ze stopów serii 5xxx) o szerokości 600 mm są zastosowane do budowy nadwozi pojazdów. (Polish)
