The project involves the development of an innovative biofilter based biofilter, using waste materials adapted for the treatment and deodorisation of specific process gases (from mechanical biological treatment of municipal waste, from waste water treatment and sewage sludge treatment, and from the food industry) together with a technical project that can be subject to a patent reservation. The concept of a composite biofilter is an innovative solution, not used in an industrial scale, to optimise the operational performance and the impact of emission reductions, while at the same time helping to make better use of raw materials in line with the circular economy model.A biofilter combined shall be designed to enable:& bull;operation of a two-step process of process gas treatment (treatment in the classical biofilter & ndash; And the grade and purification on a semi-permeable fabric of & ndash;II degree of purification), & bull;a technical and operational modification to carry out biofiltration in a deposit bed with the aim of ensuring optimal process parameters and its effects.& bull;significant emissions reductions with relatively low investment inputs, & bull;implementing the concept of industrial symbiosis in line with the European Commission Circular Economy Communication of 2 December 2015.The project foresees 6 research milestones, three of them will include industrial research and three more experimental development.A biofilter combined will include the individualisation of the biofiltration parameters, with the possibility of adapting to the deodorisation of specific process gases. As a result of the Project, the implementation of the solution developed by the Industrial Partnership. W projekcie przewidziano realizację 6 etapów badawczych, trzy z nich będą obejmowały badania przemysłowe, a trzy kolejne eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe. Biofiltr zespolony będzie obejmował indywidualizację parametrów biofiltracji z możliwością dostosowania do dezodoryzacji specyficznych gazów procesowych. Efektem finalnym Projektu wdrożenie wypracowanego rozwiązania przez Partnera przemysłowego. (Polish)
