W ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia planuje się prace związane ze zwiększeniem efektywności energetycznej 7 budynków zlokalizowanych w Legnicy przy ul. ul. Okrzei 5, ul. Moniuszki 11, ul. Głogowska 69-69a, ul. Mickiewicza 22, ul. Głowackiego 4, ul. Dmowskiego 14, ul. Głogowska 91. zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. Prace przygotowawcze – audyt energetyczny i dokumentacja budowlana oraz OOŚ (koszt kwalifikowalny) 2. Prace termomodernizacyjne (koszt kwalifikowalny), 3. Nadzór budowlany (koszty kwalifikowalne), 4. Promocja projektu (koszt niekwalifikowalny) W celu dokonania diagnozy potrzeb i stanu faktycznego budynków, Zarządca nieruchomości Andom zlecił przeprowadzenie audytu, którego zadaniem było określenie, jakie prace budowlane należy przedsięwziąć, by zwiększyć efektywność energetyczną wybranych obiektów. Przeprowadzony audyt wskazał, iż należy przeprowadzić prace polegające na: - Docieplenie ściany od podwórza - Wymiana okien klatki schodowej - Wymiana drzwi od podwórza - Wymiana okien piwnicznych - Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnicy nieogrzewanej - Docieplenie ścian poddasza - Wymiana okien poddasza - Wymiana drzwi wejsciowych - Docieplenie ścian - Docieplenie dachu skośnego - Docieplenie dachu płaskiego - Wymiana drzwi wejsciowych - Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych - Docieplenie stropu nad ostatnią kondygacją - Docieplenie stropdachu (Polish)
