Prace termomodernizacyjne będą polegać na: ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych bud. A i C wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych piwnic oraz przy gruncie budynków A i C wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, ociepleniu dachu budynku C i likwidacji świetlików wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, zmianie źródła ciepła z kotłów olejowych na gazową absorpcyjną pompę ciepła, modernizacji instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, wymianie oświetlenia na energooszczędne typu LED wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi, montażu na dachu budynku paneli fotowoltaicznych wraz z wszelkimi niezbędnymi robotami towarzyszącymi.
