The project carried out by the GATMO Sp. z o.o. concerns the implementation of the innovative technology for the production of garden panels in the company.The technology is in the form of unpatented technical knowledge created as a result of the work carried out by R & D. This work was carried out by the Applicant in collaboration with a team led by Dr.Zbigniew Mikno — Deputy Director of the Institute of Welding in Gliwice.Two solutions have been used to innovate on the technology that has been developed.The innovative manufacturing technology of the panels has been developed by a power control algorithm in the welding process by modulating the current (especially in the initial welding phase), in order to eliminate the negative increase in the quality of the finished product, and a device based on a new structure developed by a new multipoint circuit structure optimised to optimise the flow of currents on the various runs and at the same time as regards the surface of the welding process.The technology developed by the panel will have characteristics that are significantly distinct from the point of view of the products of competition, such as the excellent geometry, the minimisation of the taps in the welding area (as well as the absence of sharp edges of the taps), the increased resistance of the welding plate and the greater anti-corrosive protection, due to a smaller area of zinc extraction in the area of welding.The introduction of production technologies will be achieved through the purchase of a complete technological pipeline for the production of the panels with the characteristics listed.This line will be composed of:1.Cooking (with a built-in algorithm of electric control over the welding process developed in the course of the R & D work) 2.Cutting machines 33.Reporting line 4.800 kW transformer.In addition, the introduction of this manufacturing technology for panels requires construction work and the purchase of patent rights No. P.229445.     Przedsięwzięcie realizowane przez GATMO Sp. z o.o. dotyczy wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnej technologii produkcji paneli ogrodzeniowych. Wdrażana technologia ma postać nieopatentowanej wiedzy technicznej powstałej jako wynik przeprowadzonych prac B+R. Prace niniejsze przeprowadzone zostały przez Wnioskodawcę przy współpracę z zespołem kierowanym przez dr. inż. Zbigniewem Mikno – zastępcę dyrektora Instytutu Spawalnictwa w Gliwicach. O innowacyjności opracowanej technologii świadczą dwa zastosowane rozwiązania. W innowacyjnej technologii produkcji paneli zastosowano opracowany algorytm sterowania prądem w procesie zgrzewania poprzez modulację przebiegu prądu (zwłaszcza w początkowej fazie zgrzewania), tak, aby wyeliminować negatywne zjawisko ekspulsji wpływające na obniżenie jakości trwałości gotowego produktu, a także zastosowano urządzenia oparte o opracowaną nową strukturę wielopunkowego obwodu wyjściowego zoptymalizowanego w zakresie równomierności rozpływu prądu w poszczególnych torach zagrzewania oraz jednocześnie pod względem sprawności toru zgrzewania. Powstały w wyniku opracowanej technologii panel posiadać będzie cechy znacząco wyróżniające go na tle produktów konkurencji - m.in doskonałą geometrię, minimalizacja wypływki w obszarze zgrzewania (a także brak ostrych krawędzi wypływki), zwiększoną wytrzymałość zgrzewu, gładkość paneli i większe zabezpieczenie antykorozyjne, ze względu na mniejszy obszar wypalenia cynku w obszarze zgrzewu. Wdrożenie technologii produkcji nastąpi poprzez zakup kompletnego ciągu technologicznego umożliwiającego produkcję paneli o wymienionych cechach. Na linię tę składać się będą: 1. Zgrzewarka (z wbudowanym algorytmem sterowania prądem w procesie zgrzewania wypracowanym w trakcie prowadzonych prac B+R) 2. Prościarki 3 szt. 3. Linia do lakierowania 4. Transformator 800 kW. Ponadto, wprowadzenie opisanej technologii produkcji paneli wymaga przeprowadzenia prac budowlanych i zakup praw do patentu nr P.229445. (Polish)
