The aim of the project is to implement in Abatec the connecting technology and the security of wooden structures and to mobilise, on the basis of it, the production of significantly improved products — modular wood garden basins II, with enhanced resistance to biotic, weather and photolytic effects.The technology is unpatented technical knowledge developed on the basis of the company’s historical experience, know-how and R & D work carried out in collaboration with the Poznań Technology Institute.As a result of the investment project, new fixed assets will be purchased, which will be integrated with the current production facilities, thus enabling the new technology to be deployed, leading to a fundamental change in the existing production process.This will increase the company’s production potential and its wealth in quantitative and financial terms, which will have a positive impact on the level of innovation and the quality of the products offered.The new technology for modular calls and a 3-tier wood structure will increase the quality and resilience of wood pieces of swimming pool structures by making them resistant to biotic factors, in particular the development of mould fungi caused by the fungi (mould fungi) and the effects of weathering.This feature is a key element of the technology to be deployed, as it will also enable container sea transport components to be transported in a container area as part of, inter alia, the wet trout zones.So far this has not been possible because the wooden components transported under container conditions (varying hygrometric conditions) were exposed to mould growth and structure.As a result, the company will offer an improved product on the market, characterised by facilitated logistics and increased external resistance, which will provide a longer lifetime for the product in comparison to the current market.     Celem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie ABATEC technologii łączenia i zabezpieczenia konstrukcji drewnianych i uruchomienia na jej podstawie produkcji znacząco udoskonalonych produktów – modułowych drewnianych basenów ogrodowych II generacji o zwiększonej odporności na czynniki biotyczne, atmosferyczne oraz starzenie fotolityczne. Wdrażana technologia stanowi nieopatentowaną wiedzę techniczną opracowaną na podstawie dotychczasowego doświadczenia firmy, posiadanego know-how oraz prac badawczo rozwojowych prowadzonych przy współpracy z Instytutem Technologii Drewna z Poznania. W wyniku realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego zakupione zostaną nowe środki trwałe, które zostaną zintegrowane z posiadanym obecnie zapleczem produkcyjnym umożliwiając tym samym wdrożenie nowej technologii, powodując zasadniczą zmianę dotychczasowego procesu produkcyjnego. Dzięki temu zwiększy się potencjał produkcyjny firmy oraz jej majątek w ujęciu ilościowym i finansowym, co wpłynie pozytywnie na posiadany poziom innowacyjności i jakość oferowanych produktów. Nowa technologia połączeń modułowych oraz 3-etapowego zabezpieczenia struktury drewna, wpłynie na zwiększenie jakości i odporności drewnianych elementów konstrukcji basenów, uodporniając je na działanie czynników biotycznych zwłaszcza rozwój pleśni powodowanej przez grzyby strzępkowe (grzyby pleśniowe) oraz działanie czynników atmosferycznych. Cecha ta jest kluczowym elementem wdrażanej technologii, bo umożliwi również kontenerowy transport morski elementów basenów m.in. do stref mokrego tropiku. Do tej pory było to niemożliwe, bo drewniane elementy przewożone w warunkach kontenerowych (zmienne warunki higrotermiczne) były narażone na rozwój pleśni i paczenie się struktury. W rezultacie firma zaoferuje na rynku udoskonalony produkt – charakteryzujący się ułatwioną logistyką oraz podwyższoną odpornością w trakcie użytkowania zewnętrznego, co zapewni dłuższy cykl życia produktu w stosunku do obecnie oferowanych na rynku.
