The project is the implementation of a new project developed by the Applicant in collaboration with the scientific bodies in the framework of the R & D activities of the manufacturing, laying and packing of infusion bags, in particular for a park.Implementation will consist of the creation of copyright, which has been developed by the technology sector, on the basis of the machines and equipment purchased on the basis of the design of machinery and equipment and thus the implementation of the technology contained in the patent application number P.425130 and the protective right granted at PAT.228120.The essence of the new technology is the application of:— a spectrophotometry system in the near infrared light, an assessment of the quality of the raw material delivered and the avoidance of adulteration of raw materials or mixtures;The multichannel adjuster of the trend in predicament, making it possible to proceed with the packaging process, i.e. the use of lines of two parallel conditioning machines and thereby reducing packaging losses, reducing the consumption of plant material and increasing production efficiency;— a unique packaging system in the form of a sliding board, allowing for automatic packaging of the sachets in the inner bag and the inner bags in the carton, which has so far been carried out by both the applicant and the applicant in a manual manner.All the above mentioned elements are the result of the research and development carried out, which is described in detail below.Implementation will make it possible to start providing a highly unique, innovative service on a global scale for the packaging of products of vegetable origin intended for consumption, such as uniform tea, and herbal products to be supplied to external bodies — the producers of tea and herbs. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie nowej, opracowanej przez Wnioskodawcę we współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi w ramach prowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych technologii wytwarzania, układania i pakowania torebek infuzyjnych, zwłaszcza do zaparzania. Wdrożenie będzie polegało na utworzeniu autorskiego, opracowanego przez BELiN ciągu technologicznego na bazie zakupionych w ramach projektu maszyn i urządzeń, a tym samym wdrożenie technologii zawartej w zgłoszeniu patentowym nr P.425130 oraz udzielonym prawie ochronnym nr PAT.228120. Istotą nowej technologii jest zastosowanie: - systemu spektrofotometrycznej w bliskiej podczerwieni, oceny jakości dostarczonego surowca oraz uniknięcia zjawiska zafałszowania surowców jednorodnych lub mieszanek; - układu wielokanałowego regulatora trendu z predykcją, umożliwiający zrównoleglenie procesu pakowania tj. zastosowania linii dwóch równoległych urządzeń konfekcjonujących, a co za tym idzie, ograniczenie strat opakowań, zmniejszenie zużycia surowca roślinnego oraz wzrost wydajności produkcji; - unikalnego układu pakującego w postaci podestu przesuwnego, umożliwiającego w pakowanie w sposób automatyczny saszetki w torebkę wewnętrzną oraz torebki wewnętrzne w kartonik, co dotychczas zarówno wnioskodawca, jak i jego konkurencja, realizują w sposób manualny. Wszystkie wskazane powyżej elementy są efektem przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, szczegółowo opisanych w dalszej części punktu. Wdrożenie umożliwi rozpoczęcie świadczenia wysoce unikalnej, innowacyjnej w skali świata usługi konfekcjonowania produktów pochodzenia roślinnego przeznaczonych do spożycia, takich jak herbaty jednorodne czy mieszanki ziołowe, świadczonej na rzecz podmiotów zewnętrznych – producentów herbat i ziół.
